Hi @asda_mobile, got my new 24 month contract SIM today and activated. But when I try to log in to app is says I 'must have a valid Asda mobile number to use this app'. Any ideas? Says SSO successful and I will be redirected to app, but everything just freezes.

Hi @ActiveNottm, I am trying to reset my online account and email from you stating to call you for assistance - the number (0115 8761600) has a voicemail which states 'we are no longer taking calls' and just sends me a text message with a link to help pages - any further advice?

Hi @Support, for 15 years we have had the account @cbjnews that our students use for journalism posts, this week we were locked out of the account as a DOB was required- is there a way to retrieve the account? The existing staff team didn't do the set-up, so unsure of ID etc

Hi @NottmLibraries, does anyone there have any info on the @PressReader app? I have been using it for years on my iPad using my library card number but it has recently started asking me for a pin number, which I don't have. Is that something you can help with?
