If I had to 'analyse' why people are calling Centrelink, I would probably say statistically it's because you sent them an insane fake debt letter OR their payments have been cut off because Centrelink are incapable of processing their own medical certificates.

The issue was psychological - Björk the chicken is an anxious sort and she required encouragement to get down from the nesting box in their coop, which she does every other day of her life without issue.

Prior to starting this morning, one of our chickens was making a distressed kind of racket, causing some concern among the chicken community.
