A lot of ai is about doing the work for you. Ours is a step before, it helps you decide what to work on.
Evening Close is an evening practice for ambitious minds.
we’ve been running 2-week pilots with founders to build the right thing. If you want to join early, next cohort starts Monday. This next one's going to be fun, cause I think I've already gotton so used to using tools like Instinct...

So you tell yourself:
"I just need more discipline." "The right routine will fix this."
The signals are right in front of you.
You just can't see them.
Lucky timing. we're about to drop our first product. Flew to Portugal to work directly with the factory on the best cap we could build. But here's the catch. You can't just order it shipped to your home. You don't buy the cap. You make a commitment to show up in person.
One year ago I wrote a contract to myself to build Hyper Real Love and left my exec role in Blockchain...
None of that was in the contract. But the contract made all of it possible.
If you're sitting on an idea, write the contract first. Not to anyone else. To yourself.
Because the moment you put your name under your own commitment, you stop negotiating with yourself.
If this resonates, we're bringing this practice to life in Berlin.
On Saturday morning we host the Journal Club at @ÆKA in Kreuzberg. Guided meditation, journaling (aka brutally honest inquiry with yourself) and sharing in community over tasty brunch: hyperreallove.com/aeka
