For me there are many benefits of working from home. But one of the best must be catching autumnal sunrise like this. 🌅

Interesting food for thought for NHS Chief Pharmacists. I envisage providing extended hours will be difficult. Particularly having a sufficient workforce who are trained to respond to these types of enquiries.

Having left a role in an acute trust last year I can really sympathise with this. Working remotely provides : 🟢 Financial benefits (no cost of commute) 🟢 More free time to spend as you wish (not sitting in rush hour traffic) 🟢 Fewer distractions to concentrate on work

Greater flexibility can be difficult to provide in hospital pharmacy. But I believe cross sector working will help with retention.

🙏🏼 Thanks to my Liverpool based @NHS_SPS colleagues who projected me into ‘giant Dan’ this afternoon. 🙋🏻‍♂️ Felt really involved in this afternoons group meeting whilst they were all face to face in the office, 180 miles away.
