The perfect news to celebrate for spooky season!! So excited for more forthcoming @elainethebrain books! ONE OF US IS ALREADY DEAD is a suspenseful horror novel about the challenges women face in middle age, and past mistakes coming back to haunt you 😈
Josie Wu starred as the Final Girl in a found footage horror film, but when she joins the reunion shoot it becomes clear someone needs to pay for what happened on set 25 years ago. We've acquired of ONE OF US IS ALREADY DEAD by E. L. Chen, available Fall 2026 from Run For It US.

Huge congrats to @damisalako! 🎉 I'm so thrilled that readers will have the opportunity to be swept up in this story as much as I was. The opening line completely grabbed me by the heart and never let go: "The wind spoke the language of the dead."😍
2027 can't come soon enough!
ALT Mara Delgado-Sanchez at Tor Books has bought The Sun Has a Shadow and a second untitled book by Dami Salako. In this Nigerian-inspired YA fantasy set in a world plagued by perpetual darkness and shadow-monsters, a boy must guide the last remaining phoenix-rider on a perilous journey to save their kingdom. Publication is scheduled for winter 2027; Dorian Maffei at Kimberley Cameron & Associates negotiated the deal for world English rights.
the way vi and jinx fight each other in season 2 is so unserious my sister and i pulled the exact same moves on each other when we were in middle school 😭

Y’all…I made a goal for myself for my debut to get 400 adds on Goodreads before release. Well…we’re five months out and I am SO CLOSE!! If you want to read a YA Romantasy with a plus size heroine and help me get to my goal, now is the time to add it!

The Dividing Sky is an Indie Next pick!! Connecting with indie booksellers has been one of the highlights of this experience, and I’m so happy to see this book get a warm reception from fellow book nerds. Thank you to @ABAbook for this honor!

I wish I had enough followers that I could post, “my debut is a YA Fantasy featuring a plus size heroine with healing magic, and has absolutely zero negative commentary on weight.” And 10 people would comment “Sign me up!”
every promotional/marketing email in my inbox has "PRIME DAY" in the subject line. What kills me is...they don't even link to amazon. and honestly, love that for them <3
Hi #WritingCommunity. I'm late but I'm Dami (she/her) and I write YA/adult fantasy and sci fi. My debut comes out summer 2025 with @inkedingraypub and I'm currently working on my dragon/phoenix series! Also, I just started posting on YT ...youtube.com/channel/UCNpMiUE…
