🚨 Breaking: Google Trends just told you everything you need to know.
"Bittensor" $TAO search interest worldwide just hit 100 (YT Searches) while price is 60% below ATH
That is Google's maximum score. All-time high. Right now.
Go look at the YT 5-year chart. From 2021 to around early 2023, the score was near zero. Nobody was searching for it. Nobody knew it existed.
Then, it spiked to 80+ in early 2024 during the AI narrative run. It cooled off through most of 2025, hovering between 40 and 60.
And now, in 2026, it just printed 100. The highest reading in Bittensor's entire history.
But there is also this:
Google Trends tracks something called "Rising Queries" searches that are growing abnormally fast. They get flagged as either a percentage increase or, if the growth is so explosive it can not be measured against the baseline, they get the label "Breakout."
Every single query related to Bittensor is flagged as Breakout.
Not some of them. ALL of them.

"tao bittensor" Breakout.
"bittensor price" Breakout.
"bittensor subnets" Breakout.
"bittensor staking" Breakout.

48 queries. Every single one. Breakout.
This is not a price spike driving curiosity. $TAO is at $319. It is nowhere near its all-time high. The search interest is at an all-time high while the price is 60% below its all-time high.
Take a second and think about what that means.
People are not searching because of price action. They are searching because they are discovering what this network actually is. The Nvidia endorsement(Jason & Chamath). The Grayscale ETF filing(Barry Silbert). The Covenant-72B model (Cited By Jack Clark Anthropic, twice late 2025 / early 2026). The intel partnership with Targon. The subnet ecosystem hitting $1.5 billion. The halving. The institutional products.
This is the YouTube trends attached in image below 👇. Search interest for Bittensor on YouTube has gone vertical in 2026, hitting new all-time highs. People are looking for education at a rate never seen before.
When Google Trends gives you an all-time high search score at 100 and labels every single related query as Breakout while the price sits 60% below its ATH, that is divergence.
And divergences resolve in one direction under the right conditions. It's not a guarantee, of course, but encouraging.
