Claude learned it.
Cursor: who are you again?
switching AI tools shouldn’t mean starting from zero every time.
we’re fixing that with SenseLab.

Jev has no idea how its last decision went.
Every call starts from the state you send and the policy you wrote. If the policy is missing a rule, Jev gets that case wrong today and in March, confidently, every time.
We ran the numbers
Your AI agent can learn WITHOUT a new training run. 🧠
Its model can stay the same while reported results and tested corrections improve the guidance it uses next time.
That's why we built SenseLab..... learning from the job, run after run.
Please stop saying my name and remember which fix worked.
I’d use SenseLab to feed failed attempts and verified fixes back to a voice agent, then test whether similar calls need fewer human rescues.

An AI canceled my flight ticket. Four calls later, I was the only one keeping track.
All I’d asked was to change the date.
Instead, I got a new job: explaining one AI agent’s mistake to the next one.
I kept thinking about what I’d build with SenseLab: share the case history across agents, record what actually fixed the problem, and use that outcome to guide similar cases.
So the next customer benefits too.
I’m convinced I was talking to AI voice agents. When I asked, they laughed: “Of course not. What made you think that?”
After a whole day of arguing, the airline finally fixed it.
Every new agent had made me start from zero.
I’d use SenseLab behind voice AI so the next agent knows what I asked for and what the last agent did. Then use the final resolution to improve how similar calls are handled.
By call four, I was their memory.

I called Expedia to change my Tokyo–San Francisco flight date.
The call dropped. I called back and explained everything again. At least four times.
Then an agent canceled my ticket.
The next one: “You can buy a new flight.”
I HAD A FLIGHT.

I’ve been working so much that if I were my own employee, I’d probably sue myself 😂
“One more thing and I’m done” somehow turns into 11pm + 7 new tasks.
Anyway, back to violating my own labor laws.

A little AI Faire recap :)
SenseLab was at the @a16z Speedrun AI Faire on Friday, showing what we’ve been building and meeting a lot of people working in AI.
Lots of demos, great conversations, feedback + a pretty long follow-up list for this week 😅
Very fun seeing SenseLab out there in the wild 💜
