You know— I was once like you . Thinking the world was mine and that everything was beneath me .

The trick to running a team is to let them run themselves . If you do your best and stand tall , they’ll follow on their own .
Nobody wants to be corralled— everybody wants to be fearless .
Lead by example , not persuasion .
The feeling is mutual— but my expectations aren’t so high .
