“The biggest lie in the world right now is that cows are killing the planet. At the core of that lie is how methane is calculated.”
He’s right. After 10-12 years, methane is broken down into CO2, entering a natural carbon capture cycle absorbed by plants via photosynthesis, converted into cellulose and eaten by livestock and the cycle repeats itself over and over again. The very essence of environmental sustainability.

This is what it's all for....the next generation of Welsh farmers 🏴
NFU Cymru members have created a symbolic display of 5,500 pairs of wellies on the steps of the Senedd to represent the jobs forecasted to be lost through Welsh Govt’s SFS proposals.

We’re lobbying for Automatic Number Plate Recognition technology (ANPR) to be made mandatory, and printed on all drive-thru packaging. If your packaging is littered it’ll be cross-checked with DVLA records and you’ll be fined. We’re lovin’ it! 😂

I was truly honoured to address the thousands of farmers that turned out in a truly justified protest at the current welsh government policies that are not fair nor workable along with their policy on TB eradication which really is not working. We must stand strong and together.

Cows ≠ fossil fuels.
It is bonkers that some people try to delay action on reducing fossil fuel use (which will reach another record high this year) by trying to focus attention on livestock.

Dear @JustStop_Oil
My 12 year old grandson starts chemotherapy tomorrow for his brain tumour.
It is the beginning or what will be a very long and bumpy journey.
Get in his way and, I promise you, someone there will become #justanotherbump in his road to recovery 🤬

Meet Lyn, Richard and Tess, the dog.
They are farmers who practice several environmentally friendly methods on their farm in Vale of Glamorgan.
Lesley Griffiths paid them a visit.

Today, we publish a summary of the EU assessment and peer review of #glyphosate: no critical areas of concern for human, animal health and the environment; some data gaps.
Our conclusions have been shared with the @EU_Commission and Member States.
