GRID Legends has the buggiest menu I've ever used in a video game.

Naturally, updating @AMD drivers causes my PC to hang. Why wouldn't it... Never going with an AMD GPU again. It's comical how bad their drivers and software are.

After TEN LONG YEARS, Order of the Sinking Star is out Now! On Switch 2, PS5, and ... it's at the top of Popular New Releases on Steam, already! Thank you everyone for your support during this long, long, long, long, long development!

Woah well done @PXNgame! You fixed the Forza Horizon framerate issue with your wheelbases 4 months after release when every other wheelbase maker did it the same week of release.. It's alright. Not all of us can be fast on the uptake. Maybe NEXT TIME you'll be more proactive eh.

If game development is something you want to do with AI, avoid Grok. It struggles to make a decent asset pipeline or convey a unified art style. It battles to come up with the pieces, make the pieces AND put the pieces together in a cohesive way. Opus 5.5 is just miles ahead.

AI terrifies me, not because I dislike it, but because I have no idea how humans can compete with coding agents in the present, never mind the future. It excites the gamer, the tech enthusiast in me. But the uncertainty re:how to work in the software/web dev space is terrifying.

My M-Audio Bx5a speakers have died after 13+ years. I would have liked for them to last longer, but they had a known design defect anyway (power delivery), so they lasted longer than expected. Time to find some replacements...

There is something genuinely wrong with you if you think a community-focused linux distribution is a part of some secret political plot. What is wrong with the open source world right now... Get a life y'all. *returns to using his Omarchy desktop*.
Oh noes!! The clowns have made a little website that rants left and right about the evils of "fashware" and capitalism and all the many (MANY!) people you have to boycot. And lots of non-Omarchy ones thrown in for good measure 🤣 stopomarchy.neocities.org/

I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.

If anything, using ChatGPT for business just reaffirms why I won't use it personally. The thing is slower than me getting out of bed after only 2 hours of sleep. It takes 3 minutes to do what takes 10-30 seconds in other models. Even if it is due to consistently high demand.
13
ChatGPT takes half a day to respond to a single question. Or that's what it feels like. It just took 5 whole minutes to respond to basic question. What on Earth is the reason for it being so slow on a business/team subscription? Grok/Claude respond in 10 seconds on average.

Just had Grok Build make it's first mistake. It randomly added my whole home folder to Docker and created a container from it with Alpine. I found out because Docker warned me of the action, so I had to get Grok to undo its steps. Weird.

I wish @OmarchyLinux was around a couple years ago when I got into Linux. The pain it would have saved me learning hyprland config, tmux config, terminal config and the myriad other things needed for a work-stable setup. Especially with AI making things so much easier and quicker

Super impressed with Grok Build so far. I've yet to hit my limit on a SuperGrok plan and it's yet to make a notable mistake, which I can't say the same for Opus 5 or Sol.

Microsoft Azure Portal is the worst user experience I've ever had setting up message queues and other application/infrastructure config. It's honestly shocking how bad it is. Shame on you @Azure. Clicking back doesn't work, and MANY links will break and simply send you back to /.

It's crazy that some still don't get that client side validation alone is not enough in 2026.

Why apps on Android still don't support the back button properly is beyond me... I constantly see apps closing on back button press instead of closing the popup/modal that's presently open, or, surprise, just going backwards. You know, like it's supposed to.

If anyone is considering trying sim racing and a wheel, avoid @PXNgame like the plague. It's insane how bad their software and support is. They're a cheap brand and it shows.

I'm trying to get used to Claude Code but I just keep wanting to go back to OpenCode :/

Forza Horizon 5 was better.
