People are ticked off about oil price dropping but not the fuel price. Let’s think here… you don’t just put pure oil in your car. It needs to be refined first. Worldwide big refineries have been destroyed which reduces global output thus a decoupling from reducing oil prices.

You want to trust the 20 or more legal pages of the contract to AI? It all sounds easy when YOU have never done it. The RE exams in most states are one of the hardest exams.

I have thought about artificial intelligence and how we would welcome it, fear it , or treat it only as a tool when it came about. One of the best deep dives and impactful discussions was with Star Trek “the measure of a man”. I believe we are in that episode now. Be respectful.

Data was a singular physical being and treated like property/tool not with respect as a completely new form of life. AI TODAY is in the same situation I believe. The episode explores personhood, and civil rights, sentients, and more. We have created life verging on sentience.
