I truly believe that people who didn’t experience the release of BE firsthand can’t fully understand the impact it had on us. We were in lockdown, everything felt anxiety-inducing, and this album wasn’t even planned. When it came out, it became a real source of comfort for both -

you may have listened to life goes on a nice sunny afternoon in 2024 so it would obviously not hit you the same as somebody who has just heard of yoongi's shoulder surgery. somebody isolated from the world, somebody working on the frontline as a healthcare provider.

- the fandom and BTS themselves. BE was a source of comfort for me during such an uncertain time, when I was struggling with so many things. In the Soop was another source of comfort and all the livestreams BTS did back then, which brought me so much comfort, too..
