An Illinois man’s world was turned upside down after a Petition for an Order of Protection was filed against him, accusing him of physical assault and other serious crimes. Fearing for his freedom and reputation, he turned to us for help. We fought for him and won. A distressed father turned to us for help after his twelve-year-old daughter was reportedly taken from him to live with a sex offender and exposed to firearms. The little girl’s mother had obtained an Emergency Order of Protection against dad, accusing him of harassment and abuse and naming their daughter as a protected party.
