We've sent them numerous letters over the summer, over the fall. We've given them information. We've asked them to reach out. I've said, they've got my number. If they want to call me, we can talk. And we hit the point now where they actually start sending out the ballots. They haven't done anything. So at this point, it's an emergency of their own creation. As Bill said, the state of California knows they have thousands of people on their rolls who are not allowed to vote. They now know the identity of many of those people.
