In August, a couple of my brothers in Chapter 82 of A.R.M. (the Association of Recovering Motorcyclists) and myself, are going to be doing a 1000 mile ride in 24 hours on our bikes, in aid of Druglink and Chapter 82.

As we acknowledge Mental Health Week in the UK, we are so delighted that our new Royal Variety Mental Health initiative has been received so well.
We’ve already helped so many people who work in the entertainment industry, suffering from anxiety, depression and addiction.

Holy cow!
Elon Musk’s Grok AI literally thinks Trump is a Russia asset.
“I estimate a 75-85% likelihood Trump is a Putin-compromised asset, leaning toward the higher end due to the consistency of his behavior and the depth of historical ties.” — Grok

I used to work as a manager at Christmas Forest (which @pinesandneedles bought up a few years back). Always thought it was the best job - being the guy who got to put the fairy in each tree for every family. Beautiful trees donated by them this year - huge thanks from us all. 🌲
'Just one more sleep', including for our residents at Brinsworth House, who have been treated this year with a fabulous donation of a #Christmas2024 🎄 by @pinesandneedles #Variety4Charity 🎅

The trauma... difficult to forget. I swore I would never do it again - but find myself almost compulsively each year entering the ballot. What is that?!! 🤣
Wishing everyone taking part in today's #londonmarathon2024 a very successful run. Our own Operations Manager, Peter, raised much-needed funds for us back in 2022. Look out 👀 for an announcement soon about further exciting 🏃♂️ events supporting #Variety4Charity!
