Haitians want to hide their imperialistic oppresive history, in fact they even called themselves “EMPIRE OF HAITI” while trying to re-occupy DR.
Haitians did no wanted to “free” the entire island of slavery, they saw an opportunity to occupy a weak newly INDEPENDENT Dominican state to prevent any European power from taking a weak DR before them & make Dominicans their subjects.
By the time Haiti invaded the already newly independent Dominicans only 10% of the pop. were enslaved by 5% of Dominican owners. Slavery was mostly on paper & fading away due to the fact that slaves were mostly house servants & cattle ranchers working alongside their Dominican masters since almost all the population were poor including the slave-owner Dominicans.
After Haitians invaded the newly independent Dominicans, they quickly subjected the Spanish inhabitants into semi-slavery known as CODE RURAL. They force hard labor on Dominicans. Now ask Haitians what happened between 1844 to 1857 ? They never have an answer for it.

Out of 20 Latin America countries, Dominicans are the 8th with the most European ancestry on average, which is above average.
Only around 10% of Dominicans are over 80% Afro 🧬 (which is the average 🧬of Black Americans).
Over 70% have over 50% European 🧬, you cannot blend in.

Let’s debunk one of the many Haitian historical lies on again:
Haitians did not took the Spanish, British & France “at once”.
- Spain 🇪🇸:
Haitians attacked 2 small border towns ambushing mostly Black Auxiliaries (Haitians allies of Spain) & only killing 350 Spanish, not the entire Spanish Empire.
- Britain 🇬🇧:
They fought the British on behalf of the French with the help of France. Over 50% of the British soldiers died of Yellew Fever (mosquitoes).

Then they switched side to fight the French with the assistance of the British & Spain. Over 70% of the French soldiers died of Yellow Fever (mosquitoes).

Marco Rubio is white (92% European), he just happens to have southern European ancestry (Spain) like most white Latinos
He is not seen as white as much because of his Hispanic last name, Rubio (which translates to “blonde” in Spanish)
This is insane.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio just gave one of the most explicitly pro-colonialist speeches I have seen in the 21st century.
The US empire wants Europe to help it recolonize the Global South.
Rubio praised Western colonialists for "settl[ing] new continents, build[ing] vast empires extending out across the globe".
Then Rubio complained about the Global South's decolonization, portraying it as a sinister communist plot.
Rubio lamented: "The great Western empires had entered into terminal decline, accelerated by godless communist revolutions and by anti-colonial uprisings that would transform the world and drape the red hammer and sickle across vast swaths of the map in the years to come".
Rubio delivered this speech at the Munich Security Conference, surrounded by European leaders, who gave him a standing ovation. They loved the pro-colonialist diatribe.
The US secretary of state insisted that North American and European imperialists should unite in order to reverse "the West’s managed decline", to revive "the West’s age of dominance", to "renew the greatest civilization in human history".
This is a blatant call by the US empire to resuscitate Western colonialism and recolonize the Global South (which represents the Global Majority).
What the US empire did to Gaza, Venezuela, and currently Cuba is what it wants to do to the entire Global South.
