Now a year since reporting. What is the status please? Residents are mooting methods of wedging it themselves, as the loud rattle is so tiresome and nobody in authority appears to care about the nuisance it causes. A new W3W says:

Though the apparently flytipped item outside nos.8/10 Fentonville has been called in by one of the local landlords, it appears the owner of it at no.18 is attempting to avoid any responsibility for it being in the road these past 4 or 5 days 👍🤝

2nd Oct: Neighbour abused as a 'b*st*rd' when photographing flytipping that is a hindrance to parking on the street. Then followed to front door, doorbell rung with further loud braying. Flytipping then moved further in front of neighbour's house - intention to antagonise?
