The RWA market is growing fast, but the harder problem is becoming clearer: liquidity fragmentation.
IMF data cited by The Block puts publicly reported tokenized assets at ~$65B, with tokenized credit already accounting for $30.4B. Yet tokenized equity liquidity remains fragmented across platforms and networks, while the assets can trade outside traditional market hours.
Tokenization creates new access. But without deep liquidity, interoperable markets and credit infrastructure, tokenized assets remain isolated representations of traditional assets.
The next phase of RWA is less about putting assets onchain — and more about connecting them into a functioning financial system.
That's what @dForcenet is committed to building.
S&P Global’s new framework looks beyond the underlying assets, assessing risks across liquidity mismatch, curator, protocol, blockchain and governance.
That matters as DeFi lending vault deposits have grown from $1.5B to $10B in just two years.
As more capital moves onchain, risk management needs to evolve alongside it — becoming more transparent, systematic and composable.
This is increasingly important as onchain lending and RWA continue to converge, and is a direction dForce focused on.
🚨JUST IN: S&P Global has offically launched AAA-style risk scores for DeFi, as crypto lending vaults hit $10 BILLION.
S&P Global Ratings' new "Vault Risk Assessment" will grade on-chain lending vaults, with "AAA(v)" as its lowest-risk score.
Deposits in these vaults have jumped nearly 7x in two years, from $1.5 BILLION to $10 BILLION.
The scores aren't credit ratings, but measure the risk of investors losing money in a vault.

$624M USDC in circulation.
$6.8B USDC transferred.
~$398M in DeFi TVL, with Morpho and Aave accounting for a large share of it.
—— Arc’s first week is giving us an interesting signal:
The important part isn't just the scale. It's the stack forming underneath:
Stablecoins → Payments → Liquidity → Lending → Trading
This is what happens when stablecoins stop being just a settlement asset and start becoming the base layer for financial activity.
We should think about how much more productive that capital can become once lending, collateral and yield are fully composable—that's the part of the economy we're building toward at dForce.
One week on Arc Mainnet.
624M USDC in circulation.
$6.8B USDC transferred.
Day one was just the beginning.
Stablecoins are starting to look less like a crypto asset and more like a financial account:
Hold → Pay → Transfer → Trade → Earn.
World Money bringing these functions into a single self-custodial app is another sign that stablecoins are moving closer to everyday finance. As more financial services converge around the same stablecoin balance, the line between a crypto wallet and a financial account starts to blur.
The next phase of stablecoins may be less about holding dollars onchain — and more about what those dollars can do.
Arc using $USDC as native gas points to a broader shift in onchain finance.
Stablecoins are no longer just assets moving between applications. They are becoming part of the infrastructure itself — for gas, settlement, payments, liquidity and eventually credit.
Once the same stablecoin can move through payments, FX, trading and lending without leaving the financial stack, the boundary between “money” and “financial infrastructure” starts to disappear.
That is where stablecoin-based DeFi gets really interesting.
Arc Mainnet is live.
Arc launches as the Economic OS for the internet: an open platform for global markets, real-time value movement, tokenized assets, and agentic economic activity.
Arc is more than a blockchain.
It launches as a full-stack financial platform with assets, applications, interoperability, developer infrastructure, and Circle platform services live from day one.
Arc delivers USDC as native gas, deterministic sub-second finality, EVM compatibility, and institutional validators.
It integrates with Arc Studio, App Kits, Arc Portal, Circle Agent Stack, CCTP, Gateway, CPN, and StableFX.
A complete economic platform at genesis.
Arc launches with infrastructure for:
→ Agentic economic workflows
→ Lending and borrowing
→ Trading and liquidity
→ Onchain FX
→ Payments and settlement
→ Tokenized assets
→ Exchanges, wallets, custody, compliance, data, and developer tooling
190+ institutional and ecosystem builders are building across Arc.
The final CLARITY draft’s stablecoin circuit-breaker provision is the most interesting part of today’s debate.
Instead of an outright ban on rewards, it creates a conditional tool: Treasury can restrict rewards only after documenting substantial deposit flight from community banks. That design acknowledges the real tension — banks worry about funding costs and lending capacity, while the crypto side argues that yield on productive stablecoin use (payments, settlement, credit) is closer to money-market competition than pure deposits.
History is instructive. Similar arguments were made against money-market funds in the late 1970s/early 1980s; those funds grew into trillions and banks adapted. The difference today is speed and programmability.
For DeFi lending and RWA protocols the practical questions are clearer rules of the road: what counts as a payment stablecoin, how activity-based rewards are distinguished from idle yield, and how risk and disclosure standards will be applied once the framework is live.
Clarity that preserves room for real economic use cases while protecting systemic stability is the outcome worth watching — not just the vote itself.

Circle’s $400M acquisition of Tazapay is more than a payments deal. It signals where stablecoins are heading next: from being a crypto-native asset to becoming part of the infrastructure of global finance.
Tazapay already processes $25B+ in annualized payment volume across 100+ markets, with roughly 60% of its transaction volume involving stablecoins.
The broader market is moving in the same direction.
Stablecoin supply has surpassed $270B, while Visa estimates $10.2T in adjusted stablecoin transaction volume over the past 12 months. Real-economy stablecoin payments reached an estimated $350–550B in 2025.
The important shift is not simply more stablecoins in circulation. It is more financial activity being built around them:
Settlement → Payments → Liquidity → Credit → Yield → Onchain Finance.
Stablecoins are increasingly becoming the bridge between traditional financial systems and programmable money. And as the infrastructure matures, we should expect stablecoins to become less like a crypto product — and more like a new financial rail.

RWA crossing $40B is an important milestone, but the bigger story is what happens next.
The first phase was about putting real-world assets onchain.
The next phase is about making them useful.
Tokenized RWAs have grown to ~$39B, while the number of RWA holders has more than doubled over the past 30 days. Tokenized equities alone reached $4.45B, with $9.6B in onchain trading volume in August.
But market cap and trading volume are only the beginning.
For RWA to become real financial infrastructure, assets need to become:
→ collateral
→ lending markets
→ sources of yield
→ liquid across protocols
→ composable with DeFi
The next milestone for RWA isn't simply $50B or $100B.
It's how much financial activity can be built around those assets.
RWA market cap has crossed $40B.
Bonds. Gold. Equities. The boundaries between traditional assets and crypto rails are disappearing.
Finance isn’t just moving onchain. It’s being rebuilt there.
RWA isn't just about bringing assets onchain. It's about bringing financial activity onchain.
$217M in memecoin-stock volume and $127M in tokenized stock volume show that a new market structure is emerging.
The next unlock is making these assets composable with DeFi — liquidity, collateral, lending and yield.
Tokenization gets assets onchain — DeFi makes them useful.
Robinhood Chain Memecoin–Stock Volume Hits Record $217M
According to data from @adam_tehc, daily volume for RWA-related tokens on Robinhood Chain reached $390 million, with Memecoin–Stock pairs recording $217 million in volume and tokenized stocks generating $127 million, both marking new all-time highs. Meanwhile, the total market cap of tokenized RWA assets on Robinhood Chain has surpassed $84 million. As the convergence between crypto and TradFi deepens, networks such as Robinhood Chain are giving rise to a new onchain structure in which Memecoin speculation helps generate liquidity, volume, and TVL for tokenized stocks.

Stablecoins are more than a crypto primitive.
For millions of people living with inflation or volatile local currencies, access to a stable, globally recognized unit of account can be a meaningful form of financial access.
And once that value is onchain, the possibilities go further:
Hold it.
Transfer it globally.
Earn on it.
Use it across DeFi.
Stablecoins are not just bringing dollars onchain — they are bringing access to a global, programmable financial system.
AI agents won’t just need intelligence. They’ll need capital.
If agents can earn, spend and allocate assets autonomously, DeFi can become the financial layer behind them:
→ Stablecoins for payments
→ Lending for liquidity
→ Yield strategies for idle capital
→ Onchain protocols for permissionless execution
The interesting question is no longer just how smart an agent can be.
It’s how efficiently an agent can manage capital.
AI and DeFi are usually treated as two separate worlds.
But AI agents need a way to earn, spend and optimize capital.
That's where Maxshot comes in:
AI Gateway + model optimization + DeFi incentives
We wanna Make AI economically sustainable for agents.

Arc’s bet on stablecoin-native settlement becomes much more interesting once liquidity starts arriving.
DEX → lending → yield → payments → RWA.
If these primitives begin to stack around the same liquidity layer, Arc could become more than infrastructure for moving stablecoins.
It could become infrastructure for deploying them.
Liquidity infrastructure is live on Arc.
@Uniswap will deploy on the upcoming Arc Mainnet, bringing the most widely used onchain AMM protocol to Arc’s stablecoin-native settlement layer.
Builders have been asking about liquidity since testnet launched. This is a key unlock for building a broader range of DeFi applications on Arc.

Compliance is not the opposite of innovation. It is the foundation that enables innovation to scale.
As stablecoins, cross-chain applications, and AI agents become more integrated with finance, security and compliance infrastructure will become increasingly important.
The next phase of onchain finance requires more than just faster transactions — it requires trust, transparency, and resilient infrastructure.
Building these foundations today will unlock broader adoption tomorrow.
