A. Anémie aplasique

Yes. It’s a fascinating physiological phenomenon known as Fetal-Maternal Microchimerism.
Here is the clinical breakdown of how it works and why it matters
The Placental Two-Way Street
During pregnancy, the placenta isn't just a barrier it's a conduit. A bidirectional transfer of cells occurs between the mother and the fetus. While maternal cells enter the fetus, fetal stem cells also migrate into the mother’s bloodstream and integrate into her organs.
Decades of Persistence
These aren't just transient visitors. Research has detected male DNA (Y-chromosomes) in the brains, livers, and hearts of women in their 70s decades after they gave birth to sons. The cells establish lineages and become a permanent part of the mother's body.
A Clinical Double-Edged Sword
Why do these cells stay, and what do they do? Evidence suggests they play two contrasting roles
Tissue Repair: Fetal cells behave like stem cells. They have been found migrating to sites of maternal tissue injury such as a damaged heart or an active incision actively differentiating to help heal the mother.
Autoimmunity: This chimerism is heavily implicated in why women have significantly higher rates of autoimmune diseases. The mother's immune system may eventually recognize these embedded fetal cells as foreign, triggering conditions like scleroderma or Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
A mother literally carries a living piece of her children with her, permanently.

If this is how some of us behave, then they shouldn’t be allowed near to patients.
Full stop.
No internal inquiry. No soft language.
They need to face exactly what they did.
You study for years, take the oath, wear the white coat… and the second it becomes your problem, you choose to protect yourself over a dying person.
This isn’t a mistake. This is who they are when no one is watching them.
