WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE
I’m d3fi.
Community Builder. Marketer. SMM. Project Manager. Space Host. CM.
But I’m not interested in collecting titles.
I’m interested in becoming the person a founder can trust to get things moving.
I believe good marketing is more than making posts.
Good community management is more than answering questions.
And being part of a team is more than waiting for instructions.
You have to understand the bigger picture.
Why is the community quiet?
Why isn’t the campaign converting?
What does the audience actually need?
What can we do differently?
What problem can I solve before it becomes the founder’s problem?
That’s how I think.
I don't want to be the person who says:
“Tell me what to do.”
I want to be the person who says:
“I noticed this. Here’s what I think we should do.”
I believe in showing up consistently, understanding the product, listening to the community, communicating clearly, creating attention, building relationships and taking ownership.
Because the best people on a team don't simply do their jobs.
They create leverage for everyone else.
That’s the kind of marketer, community builder and teammate I’m becoming.

🖤 Staring at the world in my darkest moments.
An old picture.
A younger me.
A thousand stories untold.
I stared at the world with eyes full of questions and a heart carrying battles no one could see. A young soul sitting quietly in the shadows, wondering what tomorrow would make of me.
Just like every ghetto child, I had dreams bigger than the room I sat in. I couldn’t force a smile because deep down, I was fighting and trying to find sunshine in seasons of rain.
Just like a rose 🌹 growing through the concrete, nobody saw the man I was fighting to become.
Sometimes, the darkest moments of our lives become the foundation of our greatest stories.
So when I look at this old picture, I don’t just see a younger version of myself.
I see the battles I couldn’t explain, the tears I never showed. I see the prayers I whispered even when nobody was listening. I see the dreams I refused to bury, even when life gave me reasons to quit.
🕊️ Above all, I see a reminder that God was writing my story even when I couldn’t understand the chapter I was in.
God first, God always 💥
