CLARIFICATION REGARDING SHONCON 2026:
In a previous social media post, I announced Shoncon 2026! I made a joke that there would be "blackjack" and "hookers" present at the convention, which was a poorly worded joke that doesn't read well to members outside of my community or anyone who might not be privy to VTuber culture or humour. I sincerely apologise for this miscommunication.
This joke is a reference to a Futurama episode where Bender gets thrown out a theme park and says he will create his own, with blackjack and hookers.

The "blackjack" mentioned was to be Barratt's sweets (which are gross unfortunately) and the "hookers" were to be two (bikini clad) inflatable girlfriend dolls. These items were going to be placed next to each other as a lighthearted joke.
It was intended to be a silly reference and not a serious idea that there would actually be anything 18+ at the convention. I am not an NSFW creator and I do not advocate for gambling.
I sincerely apologise for anyone this announcement has confused or inconvenienced. I'm looking forward to seeing you at Shoncon 2026, which is a lighthearted and silly VTuber event with baking and not prostitutes and gambling.
