25 years ago today Welles Crowther gave his life helping others on 9/11. This is the best story @espn has ever done. Share it with your kids and any others who may not have been alive on 9/11 and don’t know what true bravery in the face of evil is.

We really went from its all lies. To it's legal. To everybody does it. To there won't be any punishment so it doesn't matter. To I'll suspend myself for 2 games of my choosing for what I did. What's next?
Michigan is expected to suspend coach Sherrone Moore two games during the 2025 season as a self-imposed punishment in the advanced scouting case, industry sources tell me and @PeteThamel. espn.com/college-football/st…

The #1 skill missing from today’s athlete is mental toughness. Refusing to hold oneself accountable to individual and team goals. Blaming others for circumstances. Not fighting through adversity. Pouting and poor body language. Physical skill can only take you so far. Get tough!

For the parents and coaches of ball players…
FEAR is without a doubt one of the hardest things to help young players work through. We can help them learn how to use their body, improve their baseball IQ, throw more strikes in bullpens, hit the ball harder and more consistent in practice and teach them about the mental game but when it’s go time and things get real, fear of getting hit with a pitch, fear of making a mistake, fear of what coach will say, fear of how mom and dad will react and fear of what their teammates will say often dominates many young minds paralyzing them. They struggle to take the same player they are in practice into the game.
Patience is a requirement in these situations. These kids often show great ability for the age but in reality just aren’t there yet mentally. Keep being positive reinforcement for them. Keep talking about positive self talk. Keep reflecting on great moments. Keep working hard in practice. Keep on keeping on. This ride is a marathon and they all go at different paces.

Will talk about the true Harbaugh legacy here! 0-5 vs OSU, 2-4 season, severe pay cut to keep his job, then starts to cheat, leverages “NFL interviews” to try to get his pay back, finally wins after being caught, now runs like a coward leaving Michigan in shambles with pending sanctions, tough upcoming schedule, exodus of players to NFL and open portal in Jan.
