I just had Jimmy John’s for lunch and it will be the last time I have Jimmy John’s for lunch. Downhill is an understatement - it is total trash now. Once a sub shop I couldn’t get enough of is now just a sub shop that I used to know. Sad

The NBA and prominent sportsbooks have agreed to ban multiple types of bets, per me and @DavidPurdum, such as: - Parlay bets involving the under on the same player's statistics - "First of" market; examples: winner of opening tip, an individual's specific shot, rebound, assist, steal - Under bets on players expected to play less than 12 minutes a game

Casual fans call a late blown lead a "choke." A sharp operator understands that the 1st minute and the 59th minute are not psychologically identical. Why serving out a tennis match, pitching the 9th, and late free throws break pricing models: cajunvault.com/p/volume-30-d…

Toni Nadal says he doesn't like when players complain about the balls. "A few years ago, we were at the US Open with Rafa, and that year he wasn't getting any spin off the balls. We were playing, and it was a disaster. Every day, when we went out to practise, he'd say, 'These balls don't suit me. I can't get any spin on them.' The next day, it was the same thing all over again. I really don't like excuses. He won his first match, his second, his third... but I eventually got tired of hearing it, so I told him, 'Listen, what you need to do is lose, and then, when you get back to Mallorca, the balls will give you all the spin you want.' He took my advice and lost".

He went 15 for 15 picking every NFL winner. Then FanDuel offered him $2,277 to walk away from $6,705. He took it. The Falcons won. Here's why that button exists 👇

Hard to be humble when you’re stuntin on the Jumbotron

His father is right - if he could control his ego for ONE MINUTE and concentrate on PLACEMENT of his serves (as such) instead of constantly gunning for 153 mph (which hardly ever goes in), he could be the next Isner - therefore he would definitely win at least HALF of all games and then just be betting on WHEN his opponent would mess up. The ego (arrogance) is a helluva thing.

While the Shelton kicker is a wildly impressive shot, the most impressive part is the toss. Ben’s right arm lifts the ball and stays up in one fluid motion. He lifts the ball in an arc pattern over his head, striking it just as it drops past its peak.

The delta between where your hips are positioned and how much further than that you turn your shoulders is how to hit bigger forehands
Jannik Sinner's forehand from this angle is TERRIFYING. When he's at his best, nobody on the planet is stopping him on a hard court.
