I've never really understood the disdain for Vivek Ramaswamy. The new ad with Amy Acton's abusive mom has fixed that. If I were an Ohioan, that alone would be enough to swing my vote. No normal, well-adjusted human being with a basic understanding of social cues would do that.

Ramaswamy can go back to the swamp he came from. This is so disgustingly sick. No one should ever go there. What a POS. The woman was abused as a child and he brings her abusive Mother on an ad for votes. You’ve got to be kidding me. He can go to hell.

I've been a lifelong socially conservative Republican, but in 2026 I voted blue all the way down. Talarico winning the Senate seat will show the MAGA cult that the GOP's strongest soldiers are NOT to be taken for granted.

I was really impressed with Abdul’s performance at the Detroit Economic Club town hall today. It’s easy to get away with stump speech slopulism on the campaign trail but he was precise and articulate with well thought out policies to ensure good paying jobs, a thriving market, and affordable accessible necessities for Michiganders.

So, what happens now? He’ll walk away from this, just like Trump faces zero consequences.

Because our polling showed my supporters split evenly between Haley and Abdul. Out of respect to my supporters - I decided to let the voters decide and committed to throw my full support behind the winner immediately after the race was called.

This is a powerful message. Our commitment to a better world, to material improvements in the lives of working families, is rooted in our deepest traditions. It's why I centered my faith in my campaign. This is brave of Abdul, especially given the absurd Islamophobia he faces.

This is not the first time he's talked about this. But everytime I hear him articulate it, I realize just how deeply & personally he gets & understands this. And to hear him say it out loud, I hope that it opens up doors in the future for who we can see running for office, here.
Abdul El-Sayed points to the historical struggle of black civil rights leaders that culminated in the passing of the Civil Rights Act and notably the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 that removed racist quotas which gave a pathway for El-Sayed’s father to immigrate to the U.S.
AES: My life exists because of the organizing in church pews in black churches and every time I go to a black church I always remind people, “This institution created the opportunity that I had.” And I’ve always understood my responsibility to be able to give back and to try to address a lot of those inequities in our country.
