Average career length is 45y. That's the real world we all live in.
Still, you see people in CT being sad that they are not millionaires after 1 or 2 cycles. "This one will be my last cycle". Why?
Like is this your worst case scenario? Really? Retire in 12-15y sounds bad?
Relax, look the bigger picture, you are in the space and thats already a step ahead from most of the world.
Be present here, build your skills and your circle, provide back and learn as much as you can.
Stop thinking in timelines. You don't have to make it in that one big play. You have so much time available. Don't rush. Rushing leads you to liquidation.
Stack up your wins, be patient and enjoy the ride 🫂
I watched them tearing a building down, a gang of men in a busy town with a ho, heave, ho and a lusty yell. they sung a beam and the side wall fell.
I asked the foreman, are these skilled and the men you'd hire if you had to build? he gave me a laugh and said, no, indeed, just common is all i need. i can wreck in a day or two what builders have have taken a year to do.
and i thought to myself as i went away, which of these roles have i tried to play? am i a builder who works with care, measuring life by rule and square? am i shaping my deeds to a well made plans, patiently doing the best i can? or im a wrecker who walks the town content with the labour of tearing down?
i was like maybe the 11th followers of orcs, shared in the gc, never played the game once.
im glad they cook tho.
tldr, i firmly believe in the inactivity mechanism and why it exists, but i also understand the frustration and where we couldve done better
the team will personally cover losses using earned team fees. but next time is fr tho
we're here for the long run
I believe in things too much, or maybe I’m just a bad trader. shit sucks!.

Woke up to see -$2,400 in my account.
I paid 1.25 ETH ($3,200) for an @standard_rsv NFT through the auction. Just yesterday, I had over 8,000 $STANDARD.
Then, without any warning, they burned my NFT and gave me back only a small portion of what I had.
Their reason? "They burned inactive charters."
I'm literally on the website 24/7 because I never close the tab, and I check it daily.
No on-chain activity? That's because expanding branches is ridiculously expensive. The last time I checked, it would have cost around $2,000 just to expand.
And yes, I know about Dormant Bankers. I was actually planning to do something about it, but your website was down for 48 hours and has been flagged as "unsafe" since the update.
I bought my NFT through the auction, NOT the whitelist mint. I paid FULL PRICE for it, and you just burned it without any warning?
This can't be serious. @0xbeans
Y'all seriously need to improve how you communicate with your community. People have invested real money into this project, and decisions like this shouldn't come out of nowhere.
on standard's launchpad you can airdrop tokens directly to charter holders
what makes this interesting is that tokens are locked behind branches and have the same exit mechanic as STANDARD, holders have to burn their branches to get the tokens out
additionally, these are people who have long term alignment to projects and are willing to put real capital behind their convictions
token deployers, think about it..
In hindsight, I should've realised more people would hesitate to connect their wallet to a new protocol. I would be myself.
But that's a big advantage for people who have, and for anyone who joins before Season Zero closes in about 20 hours.
Right now, 252 wallets are on the leaderboard, sharing an allocation of 5 million tokens. At the current XP total, 100,000 XP equals roughly 37,453 tokens.
For context, our small investor raise was at an $11m valuation. At that same valuation and the current XP ratio, 100,000 XP would translate to roughly $412 worth of tokens.
Pretty decent for checking the trading history you already have.
That ratio will change as more people join, but it gives you an idea of how early this is.
To be clear, login runs through Privy. You connect your wallet and sign a login message to prove it's yours. We then read your public trading history to calculate your Season Zero XP. That process involves no on-chain transactions or gas fees.
Connect your wallet and X account to check your XP. The allocation vests over six months during Season 2.

this is not for kids, the poor or the brainless, and I’m not going to act like I understand what it’s going on.
wallah.
btw, nobody can message you since they need your x number to be able to. @strkworld

We started with a coin that can change what it does
Now we’re laying the foundation for the AI behind it to develop its own ecosystem, with other people building alongside it
What happens when that coin becomes infrastructure for other agents, tools and protocols?
@contractclaus I’ve got bigger plans for you.
