Your dignity honors the bravery of the Ukrainian people. Be strong, be brave, be fearless. You are never alone, dear President @ZelenskyyUa. We will continue working with you for a just and lasting peace.

The emotional whiplash between Joe's withdrawal on Saturday, to realizing we're going to elect the 1st woman of color as our next President is probably closest you'll ever get to knowing what it feels like to make the jump to hyper-space. 🤯

Watching America fret over the 107 days to the election. New candidate. I’m sure they’ll cope.

The French had two elections in two weeks. Within the time it took for the Brits to do theirs in six weeks. The Americans will cope with a new candidate for President in nearly FOUR MONTHS.

Maybe Biden will give a speech from the Oval Office saying is stepping aside for Kamala, whilst Trump gives his big speech at the RNC tonight. Perhaps too West Wing for the Biden camp.

Not convinced the last song did what you hoped. Remember. It was an anti-Semitic trope the tories either didn’t spot or didn’t care. Happy with it? #TheLastLeg

Wow! It really is SO close! Just 77 votes in it, based on the latest electionmaps.uk/nowcast poll! Only the @LibDems can beat the Conservatives here in Romsey and Southampton North. Less than 48 hours until the polls close and it’s on a knife edge!

Pollsters reporting on the focus groups they are doing in sterile and artificial community spaces. The polls all showing the same thing. Maybe a bit of ‘pub’ ethnography might pick up something else? Slight concern, hearing similar stuff to what I heard before Brexit vote.

Reminder that it would cost £1.3 bn to scrap the two-child poverty cap and instantly lift 250,000 kids out of poverty

Excl: Here's what happens if you scrape Betfair data for bets on a July election. This graph cuts off at the end of 21 May, the day before Sunak announced the election. There's a flood of bets that day - before Rishi formally told the cabinet and stood in Downing Street.

Where to bloody start? There isn't enough British food to buy because the crass, malformed, malignant clown-show of Brexit that you promoted, has undermined food production, courtesy of ill-thought out subsidies. Plus, brexit-driven border controls have stymied imports.
We shouldn’t be reliant on foreign food. Buy British.
