The fact that mathematics, as conceived by human logic, is compatible with the laws of physics and able to describe the external reality with unbelievable precision is a not-trivial surprising evidence that should not be taken for granted.
You can integrate post-quantum data signing into your apps today with use-wallet and @LuteWallet v2: xitter.cf/TxnLab/status/21122741…

ARC-60: post-quantum wallet signing 🔐
After discussion in the DevCouncil, ARC-60 is moving toward review with support for signing with Falcon keys.
This brings the Algorand wallet arbitrary signing API to the post-quantum level.

Lots happening with Algorand's ARCs lately! 🔥
Post-quantum wallet signing, a live network-wide ASA circulating supply endpoint, and an ASA Metadata Registry getting closer to launch!
Check out this thread by @cusma_b for a breakdown of what's new 👇
🧵 Big ARCs update for the @Algorand ecosystem!
Signing arbitrary data with post-quantum schemes on wallets, a network-wide ASA circulating supply endpoint live on MainNet, and the ASA Metadata Registry closing in on launch.
Here’s what’s new 👇
ARC-89: ASA Metadata Registry, approaching MainNet 📦
The Python and TypeScript SDKs have been updated to v1.0.0 and are closing in on release.

Falcon story for pq crypto gaining a lot of traction lately
It's finally here! Really excited to share this work.
It highlights what can be achieved using the techniques from Lattice Jolt and Akita, applied to an important missing part in the PQ migration of many projects.
It's also worth noting that Falcon has become a much more appealing candidate in the past months! No more floating points, low memory usage...
The result is an incredibly appealing option for especially PoS blockchains, but not only!

New from LayerZero Research: Aerie.
A new system capable of aggregating 32,000 post-quantum Falcon signatures in just 0.65 seconds on a MacBook Pro.
ML-DSA, NIST’s standardized default, is already working inside Aerie at high performance.

1/ Today we’re releasing Aerie: fast post-quantum signature aggregation, using lattice-based SNARKs for lattice-based Falcon signatures. On a laptop (CPU only), it aggregates roughly a full Ethereum slot’s worth of signatures (32,768) in 0.65 seconds.

7/ Falcon has more going for it: NIST is standardizing it as FN-DSA, and its signatures are the smallest of any NIST PQ scheme. It’s also maturing fast: NIST plans to require fixed-point signing, and a new implementation cuts signing RAM 3x (~11 kB for Falcon-512).

Some magical progress towards "magic state" in quantum!
Our @GoogleQuantumAI team has demonstrated "magic state cultivation" on physical hardware for the first time. The result is a 40x error reduction on our Willow processor vs. previous methods, achieving a state-of-the-art 99.99% logical fidelity.
It's another step towards useful, error-corrected quantum computers to help solve the hardest problems. The result is published in Science today, watch the video below to see how it works
