Everytime I see a prompt of my ship:
*sigh*
*opens ao3*
*realises it's down*
*closes ao3*
*starts crying*

Not again
We estimate that service restoration for #AO3 will take around 2 weeks but it could be up to 4 weeks. We are hopeful that we will be able to bring the site back up in a degraded state sooner. Refer to our status page for updates: otwstatus.org/

Day 2 without ao3.
One of the children tried to replace their father already. They introduced me to someone named “wattpad” and guaranteed he would fill the hole in my heart their father left behind.
Needless to say, it didn’t work out.
I must go forage now.

🚨‼️ WHILE AO3 is down ‼️🚨
If you read fic from someone’s shared drive, please keep in mind that the authors won’t see any hits/kudos on their work.
Once the site is back up, make sure to show those authors some love with kudos/comments. We must feed them if we want to eat

if ao3 maintenance takes 2–4 weeks, we will enter the fic prohibition era. epubs will get passed around in dark alleys and secret dropboxes.
“psst. you like religious guilt?”
“you got the 200k enemies to lovers?”
“meet me behind the gas station at midnight for 180k of slow burn”
