The sweetest drop for some of the BEST bakes in Houston is Sweet Bee Bakehouse. Chef Ally Barrera runs her micro bakery in Pearland, and it’s getting a ton of buzz. You order online and pick up on Wednesday or Saturdays. Here’s the link🥐 sweetbeebakehouse.com/
It’s that time again…#clearthelist Today I’m posting my friend’s @amazon wishlist. This is her 1st year as an educator of severely autistic kiddos. She’s so excited & wants to give them the BEST level of education & support: amazon.com/registries/gl/gue…
My chef scholars in 7th and 8th grade are a cut about the rest. Knife skills on display for our individualized fruit salads. Let’s go culinary kids🔪 🍓🍊🍇🍏#culinaryarts @CultivatedClass @GLECPVA
Taking time this morning to be grateful for the migrant farm workers who work tirelessly to put food in our stores and on our tables. Thank you Cesar Chavez & Delores Huerta for fighting for civil rights & fair wages in the fields. We celebrate you this Chavez & Huerta Day👩🏽🌾👨🏻🌾
✔️out my fav local garden shop Friendswood Garden Emporium, open since 1972! Family owned operated this garden gem has a ton of organic soils, compost, fertilizers, seeds, native plants and locally grown veg and flower transplants. 53 years and still growing strong💚

I invite you to honor my mother, #CorettaScottKing, with me.
Without her, there would be no federal holiday commemorating my father’s birthday.
And @TheKingCenter, which she founded less than three months after Daddy was assassinated, would not exist.
I’m grateful for her commitment to freedom, true peace, justice, and Kingian nonviolence.
I’m inspired by her love for humanity, her faith in God, and her consistency to purpose.
Salute, Mama.

If you’re ever in Santa Fe, drop into @KakawaChocolat2 a delish destination for artisan chocolate lovers. My favs are the bevy of chocolate elixirs for a cup of comfort, and hand crafted chocolates like lavender, rose and pomegranate!

Enjoying this “Pretty in Pink” mocktail of grapefruit, ginger syrup, and elderberry soda at #marfatexaskitchen and some delicious snacks in Aggieland before hitting @SantaWonderland for a night of frivolity and lights. Seize the season ya’ll🎄❤️
Sometimes you gotta plug into something familiar to save your sanity. Just a girl in her garden with her chickens sowing peace. #sundayvibes #mood
I’ve heard urban lore that my former chef scholars still have their culinary binders. I KNEW IT! I keep telling my culinary kids—your culinary binder can serve you through your adult life. Shout out to my former kids still rocking with their culinary binder. DM for more recipes!
My @DonorsChoose project to help fill our school kitchen “kneads,” was fully funded, BEFORE it was officially posted! God is good! Thank you donors ❤️ #Sundayfeeling
