你持有现金，这被包装成保守
但在金融术语中，这叫
重仓做空长期增长
你被动压注了技术停滞、人口萎缩、计生率衰减，老龄化严重
通缩降临
否则，你的购买力为什么会年年缩水?
这是一笔方向极其单一、且无法止损的空单
你买了房
这被社会包装成“刚需”“安家”
翻译成资产配置就是：
高杠杆 allin 单一地区的城市股票
三十年锁仓，流动性为零
