Meta disabled my main Instagram account @dylanofm with 40,000 followers. Then support told me my appeal was denied. But I never had an appeal. No email. No in app appeal button. No review form. Nothing. I’ve spent 3 months trying to fix this. I was told on a recorded Meta support call that my case would be manually escalated and I’d receive an appeal route within a few days. That never happened. A later Meta support agent apologised for “misinformation provided by our team.” Then he said he could forward me to a supervisor. He asked for my email. Then closed the case. No supervisor reference. No appeal route. No manual review. The craziest part: Meta reinstated multiple linked accounts in the same Accounts Centre after identity verification. The emails literally say the accounts DO follow Community Standards on account integrity. They also say: “We’re sorry we got this wrong.” So Meta admitted the linked account-integrity enforcement was wrong. But my main account @dylanofm is still stuck as locked/deactivated. Support says they can’t see the appeal details, can’t see account-change history, can’t disclose the reason, and can’t escalate. So apparently Meta can permanently delete my business account without me ever receiving an appeal. This account is my business, my audience, my livelihood, and years of work. I’ve spent over $500,000 on Meta ads the past year alone on this account. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for one real human review before my account is deleted forever. I have screenshots, emails, case references, support chats, and recorded calls documenting everything. @Meta @Instagram @mosseri please review @dylanofm properly.
