🚨🚨CMDA which is a planning authority will exit all its construction businesses - Vada Chennai thittam, libraries, padipagam, toilets and other things which has pushed them to loses . To solely focus on land pooling, urban layout, approvals etc. The new Govt has abolished the CMDA Ministry too. Chennai barely saw any new layout & land pooling which would now change. A major randomized trial published this week in The Lancet Public Health shows that simple warning labels indicating food products ‘high in sugar, salt or saturated fat’ are far more effective than complex numeric labels.
Consumers identified unhealthy foods faster. This evidence reinforces what several countries have already implemented clear warning labels are the most effective way to protect public health.
The authors recommend warning label policy to all countries.
