Nov 6: Haven't heard anything. Contact #bestbuy again. Told the replacement didn't happen (without reason). Told I can wait 72 MORE hours to potentially receive a replacement or refund.
What're the odds this gets resolved in another 72hrs?
Nov 3: Contact #bestbuy again. They say I can get a replacement but I need to wait 72 hours (and get the phone Nov 7). Now my phone is late and I need to continue to wait. The only explanation is "that's your only option". I give up and sign up for 72hrs of waiting. (cont)
