Boss: I see you took Monday off. I'm assuming your husband has something great planned for valentines Me: Not married, no significant other. Just going to be hungover and bingeing Netflix Boss: so you'll be on email #ValentinesDay #SuperBowl #Netflix #customersuccess

Me: I crushed my churn and net retention quota last fiscal year. I deserve a promotion. Boss: Not so fast rookie, you are the worst at updating Salesforce Me: So results don't matter? Boss: Yes, they do as long as they're in Salesforce.

AE: I sold this massive deal, and it's all yours... CSM: congrats, what can you tell me about the client, use case ... AE: Well, it's a one time use case that they'll only use this month CSM: One time?!?!? What about the renewal?!?!? AE: Like I said, it's all yours

Me: I am going to be more client focused in 2022. Boss: That sounds Great! Can you have Salesforce and the 100s of spreadsheets we use... updated by the end of the week. Me: Maybe in 2023 🥴 #CustomerSuccess #2022Goals #goals
