A generalized low degree check based on Barycentric formula following @dankrad 's idea here xitter.cf/dankrad/status/1479592…. It works for any degree 2^l with linear complexity!

#QuarkChain mainnet is successfully upgraded to 1.6.1 with the major improvement from QCEP-7: PoSW diff adjustment github.com/QuarkChain/QCEPs/… After the upgrade, the post-staking hash power of the root chain is increased from 10Gh/s to 4.5Ph/s (note that Ethereum's is 1.0Ph/s)!
