Zenith EVM Testnet Is Live
Another testnet to explore in the Canton ecosystem!
@ZenithFdn has launched its EVM testnet, bringing EVM-compatible smart contract execution to Canton Network
The interesting part is that developers can deploy regular Solidity contracts while settling transactions on Canton
Zenith combines EVM + SVM execution, so this is one to watch if you’re interested in the infrastructure being built around Canton

You’ll need test tokens before interacting with the network

Once you receive the tokens, check your wallet and make sure you’re connected to Zenith EVM Testnet
Start Interacting
You can use your regular EVM wallet to send transactions and explore on-chain activity
For developers, the testnet also supports familiar tools such as:

• Remix

If you build with Solidity, you can use these tools to deploy contracts and test how they work on Zenith
A few things to keep in mind:
This testnet is currently focused mainly on builders and developers
There is no confirmed points program for regular users at the moment, so don’t assume that every transaction will earn rewards or guarantee a future airdrop
Still, if you’re already exploring Canton ecosystem projects, testing the network and understanding its features could be worth your time
I’d start with the basics: add the network, claim test tokens, make a few transactions, and explore the block explorer
