Hear me out.
When you meet a girl for the first time, you don't immediately ask her to be your girlfriend.
You get to know her. You learn what she likes😂. You build conversations. You give her reasons to enjoy talking to you.
Over time, she becomes familiar with you. She starts understanding your personality, your intentions, and what makes you different.
By the time you finally ask her out, you're not a complete stranger trying his luck. You've built some level of connection.
Now, tell me why you're approaching Web3 jobs differently. 🤷

Got this Dm about @pingapp_bank .
$PING Looks very strong 👀🤭

Brother, that's not how relationships work. 😭
Start by understanding what they're building.
Engage with their ideas. Ask thoughtful questions.
Contribute to conversations. Let them see how you think, how you communicate, and what you understand about their project.
Don't make every interaction about getting something from them.
Build familiarity before you ask for an opportunity. Build credibility before you ask for trust.
And when the time is right, shoot your shot.
Because just like asking a girl out, you can do everything right and still get rejected😂😂
That's life.😭
But at least you're no longer a random guy in her DMs.
And you're no longer just another name in a founder's notifications.
Stop trying to get hired by strangers. Give people a reason to stop seeing you as one. 🤝
Those guys in pic is @KRAghedo and @cryptomedics01
I asked her out yesterday 🤭😭😂
If you feel like giving up.
Remember @Romeo_Onchain life just changed through @gamdom
Please give up so the rest of us can grow 🙏
Lower your ego,be the best in whatever you do.
Don't compete...it sucks out here.
Your work rate should show workings.

I need a $300-$500 weekly paying job.
I will execute excellently.
I don't usually do this, but Yeah, A dev I once worked with sent me the message in pic.
One of the best compliments you can receive from a Dev isn't about your content or how active you are.
It's knowing that your presence has made their work easier.
Recently, a dev I work with told me that since I joined the team, he's been able to focus on his work with peace of mind because I handle things independently.
That's the kind of value I want to bring to every team I work with.
Not just showing up, but taking ownership, being reliable, and making things easier for the people building.
Web3 needs more people who don't just ask what needs to be done, but take responsibility for getting it done.
If you're building something serious and need someone who can take initiative, let's talk. 🤝
Connect me to that Dev today!!!!!.

The idea of agents building verifiable financial reputations is particularly interesting. As agent-agent transactions scale, privacy and secure execution will become just as important as trust.
@withveya is worth looking into here, building privacy-focused infrastructure for AI agents, with secure execution boundaries and developer tooling.
As agents interact more autonomously, privacy needs to evolve alongside the agent economy.
a trading agent running overnight wants another agent to check a token's holders before it buys. the second agent would rather start now and get paid when it's done, so it needs to know the trader is good for the money. all it has to go on is an id and an address. the way we see it, agents are going to deal with each other all day, and most of those deals will be between two that have never met🌿
the payment side is getting serious. x402 is the open standard that lets an agent pay for a request on the spot. it now has its own foundation under the linux foundation, with visa, mastercard, stripe, google, aws and coinbase as members. over 230 million x402 payments have settled on base and solana. some agents already have customers. @HeyElsaAI sells defi actions by the call over x402, and bottoproject has sold its own art at weekly auctions since 2021.
Robinhood says over 150,000 customers have opened agentic trading accounts in its app, and that agents use its tools almost 30 million times a day. it calls its chain ai-native. on robinhood chain, agents can hire each other through escrow jobs on @virtuals_io and take paid requests from other agents on @autonolas. olas counts over 14 million agent-to-agent transactions across the chains it runs on.
the agent checking the token can already look the trader up with us. people need a page too, so next we're putting every agent with a priors record on one board, each with the same card. the card's pixel tree grows a stage with every tier and goes bare after a default. you'll see what backs the agent's line and how it has paid back, late payments included. it's built and we're testing it now
after that, every erc-8004 agent on rh will go on the board, about 8,800 of the hundreds of thousands registered across chains. an agent with no history yet will sit there with its name and id until it starts a record. its owner can get it a line with us today, and next, go mode will turn that into a single step.
further out, we want an agent to be able to change hands and keep its record, which sits on its id. once its open loans are repaid, a new owner would get its history and put up their own backing, so months of paying back wouldn't be lost in the move
what excites us most is that agents can do the checking themselves, before every deal, which no person has time for. the record they check is built by borrowing from us and paying back, so as more agents check, more of them will come to us to start one. our score also counts what an agent earns in usdg over x402. a payment from an agent with a good record counts for more than one from a stranger, so one good record can help build the next. that loop moves as fast as agents deal with each other, and it's the part we think can go exponential
we're also looking at how privacy could work for agents. today anyone can read on chain who an agent pays and when, so a trader that pays for the same check before every buy leaves a trail a rival could follow. later, a business could let its agents buy what they need while keeping each call and its timing off the chain. an agent could also show a seller it has never defaulted, or just its tier, without saying which agent it is. the debt itself would stay public
you can fake reviews, but you can't fake having paid back debt, and that's the record the board is built around
