This week I represented Kazakhstan’s crypto industry before the Prime Minister and Government. I shared a vision for deeper global Web3 integration—attracting innovators like Solana and Network School, plus long-term capital. Strong regulation positions Kazakhstan as a Web3 hub.
Everyone at @ns can enjoy this office view of autumn in Astana. We have 4 proper seasons here, each with its own charm and plenty of special moments. Personally, I prefer autumn to summer and can't wait for snowy winter.
Kazakhstan showed up strong in Singapore: Deputy PM Zhaslan Madiyev and Alatau City Authority leadership joined the Network State Conference, while KASE leadership spoke at the Solana Summit & Capital Forum. Huge thanks to everyone who made these conversations possible.

At Solana Summit Singapore, KASE showcased its Digital Asset Platform, with ith up to 9,000 financial instruments in scope for potential tokenization.

Yesterday, I invited my friend Talgat Amanbayev, Chief Innovation Officer and Board Member at the AIFC, to @ns as a guest speaker. He shared the AIFC's vision and long-term goals and held an AMA with our members and core team. How often does a regulator come to your doorstep to walk you through the regulatory framework? That's one of the reasons Kazakhstan will become a global tech hub.

At CAFS, organised by the National Bank of Kazakhstan, one of the summit’s key panels brought together @cryptolgi (Superteam Kazakhstan and Network School Kazakhstan), @sergiofly (Anchorage Digital), Talgat Amanbayev (AIFC), Mikhail Grishko (KASE) and Arlen Moldabekov (National Bank of Kazakhstan).
Education builds the talent base for web3 and for Kazakhstan's place in global internet capital markets. That is why I gladly accept invitations to speak to university students, particularly at blockchain faculties. Yesterday @SuperteamKZ and @ns visited Nazarbayev University: we covered Solana, NS, the upcoming Crypto World's Fair hackathon. Kazakhstan has a huge number of talented young people with high IQs, and the mission of Network School and Superteam is to help unlock the full potential of this "dark talent.
