🚨REMINDER: 🇺🇸 The Congress FAILED to pass the Crypto CLARITY Act because of the DEMOCRATS.
VOTE THEM ALL OUT!

1 in 4 Americans hold crypto - and passing CLARITY is a priority for them.
American voters are 2x more likely to support a candidate that backs CLARITY (vs those less likely), regardless of party preference. So the stakes are high for Senate leadership.
CLARITY isn't only a win for crypto users. It’s a win for the future of America as a global leader for finance, innovation, and national security.
It delivers on all fronts, and voters know it. Senators should too.

👀 A Senate vote is still in play. If you want a YES, you need to be loud. Tell your Senator to pass Clarity. Your voice matters most right now. Let's do this. 👇

🚨NEWS: I’m hearing from a couple of sources off the Hill that the latest ethics proposal brokered by @SenThomTillis and @SenRubenGallego includes a role for State attorneys general, although it’s still unclear what the full package looks like or what additional provisions have been added to address White House concerns.
The White House is now reviewing the latest draft, which was sent over this morning.
Separately, I’m told industry representatives spent much of yesterday making calls to the White House, making the case that reaching an ethics compromise is critical to getting the Clarity Act across the finish line.
How the White House responds could go a long way toward determining whether the Senate moves forward with a vote on the bill next week.

Just ALL 50 states credit unions urging dumocrats to pass the Clarity Act. It's official, the dumocrats are standing on an island by themselves. No longer is it about doing the will of the American people. It's about ignoring the will of the American people so they can do their bidding to hate one man.
Never Forget the dumocrats has 4 years of total control on govt and used that power to try and kill crypto. They're trying to kill it again. Don't let them!
Former @TheNCUA Chairman Rodney Hood told us last week that credit unions have an important role to play in the modernization of the financial system.
Days later, @AmericasCUs, joined by all 50 state credit union leagues, threw their support behind the vast majority of the Clarity Act but echoed banks' concerns about the bill's stablecoin yield provisions, urging senators to strengthen the language. The groups argue the current Tillis-Alsobrooks compromise could still allow "functionally passive" reward structures that pull deposits away from local credit unions.

Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Blackrock, Goldman Sachs all want Clarity. Sixty million Americans want Clarity. If the Senate doesn’t pass Clarity, the American government is truly broken.

Arguably my favorite part of this rewards/yield debate has been when bankers say “if we allow this, then we’ll see massive deposit flight.”
Crypto has already been offering rewards/yield on stablecoins FOR YEARS.
Where is the deposit flight? Is it in the room with us right now?

Over the last few weeks I’ve been researching quantum computing risk across blockchains, and here’s what I found.
The short answer: no blockchain today is fully quantum proof, not Bitcoin, not Ethereum, not XRP.
All of them rely on elliptic curve cryptography. In simple terms, this is a way to secure digital assets using math. Your public key is visible, but only your private key can unlock and control them.
The concern is very real. A sufficiently advanced quantum computer could theoretically break these keys.
And if that happens, the impact wouldn’t just hit crypto, it could compromise global banking, SWIFT, military encryption, and large parts of the internet.
Here’s where XRP stands apart.
Bitcoin and Ethereum are largely frozen in their cryptography.
Changing them isn’t impossible, but it would require major network upgrades, hard forks, and could risk destabilizing the system.
XRP, on the other hand, was built differently. Its ledger is governed at the protocol level, meaning its cryptography can be upgraded through validator consensus without halting the network.
When quantum computing becomes a real threat, XRP can evolve in real time, keeping the network secure and functional.
Bitcoin is rigid by design. Ethereum upgrades are slow, complex, and risky. XRP, however, was built as adaptable financial infrastructure/that can respond to tomorrow’s threats without stopping today’s transactions.
So when people ask, “Is XRP quantum proof?” the answer isn’t a simple yes or no.
The real question is, which network can adapt when quantum computers become capable of breaking modern encryption?
XRP doesn’t just survive. It was built to upgrade. That’s the distinction between static code and functional infrastructure.
Apologies for getting a bit technical, but I wanted to understand this properly so I could explain it clearly.
Hope this provides some value.

👀 Let me translate:
Permissioned domains will make it possible for regulated financial institutions to use the XRPL DEX.
Schwartz is saying that it's possible that so much volume would run in the permissioned DEX that overall retail volume wouldn't really matter (because it would be so small in comparison).
Jesus Christ...

Replying to @X__Anderson
This is very much like the way the Internet grew. There was a wave of techy early adopters. Then there was enterprise adoption. And the enterprise adoption paved the way for mass retail adoption.
In this scenario, retail is welcome in the permissioned parts provided they can prove they're not sanctioned by the rules of the various domain creators and anyone is free to create a domain with whatever rules they like. Unpermissioned assets and exchange would still exist but their volume would a shrinking percentage of activity.
I'm not sure how likely this outcome is or whether it's generally a good thing. But it seems possible to me over the next three years or so.
