Huge congratulations to the winner and new owner of our 1/1 Fallen Angel artwork! We're sure you will enjoy the matching grail in our PFP collection and the large physical edition which comes with this masterpiece. I also want to express a huge THANK YOU｜感謝 to all our supporters and bidders. It has been exciting to see the price increase beyond what I had expected. We will continue to build and work on delivering one of the most beautiful collections on-chain. It's the best motivation anyone could wish for to see such overwhelming demand and appreciation by serious collectors. It also makes me incredibly bullish on the choice of our mint price. As you might know, we're aiming to mint for around 0.15 ETH. Considering that even at this very early stage we already have an NFT selling for over 13 ETH is absolutely crazy. I think this tells us a lot about the opportunity which we have for creating value for holders. When you scroll through these images, you will see the different development stages of the Fallen Angel. The foundation remained the same since I came up with this concept, but the realization of the visuals was heavily influenced by our Japanese artist. Especially the Spine Katana owes its intricate placement within the spine to his incredible talent and creativity. Some of the things which changed from the initial stage are: • the color of the shirt (changed to Majin red) • the state of the wings (more powerful and legendary) • scar in the face was added for more personality • more defined jaw and contour to highlight the strength and will of the Fallen Angel A few minor aspects which we'll refine additionally: • removing the headphones (the character has already enough unique traits which make this added complexity unnecessary — but the headphones remain as a trait in the collection) • potentially replacing the cross pendant with an "M" accessory But generally speaking the Fallen Angel is close to finalized. It's going to be one of the rarest NFTs in our collection, and definitely one of the coolest PFPs with incredible aesthetics and status. When you zoom in you will notice that he has two different eyes. You might also see the necklace or the rings on the fingers. There's a lot of detail which is going to be added to the final version (which is lore relevant and related to his powers). I look forward to revealing the full character soon!

We decided to put our 1/1 pieces on-chain via @manifoldxyz because it's one of the best platforms for artists. Their contracts have powered work by Beeple and Refik Anadol, and Manifold-minted art has sold at Christie’s and Sotheby’s. That's the credibility which got Majin on board. Another advantage they offer is that work minted through Manifold can also be sold on other marketplaces. So the contract is not tied to Manifold’s storefront. Which also means you will soon see the first Majin NFTs on OpenSea and other platforms. If you scroll through the attached images you will see the progress of our current auction on Manifold. The bids started at 0.15 ETH and now made their way up to 1.5 ETH. It's going to be very interesting to see what kind of price we can achieve for the first artwork that we release. Our OGs know of course that the utility of this masterpiece is very special too. The holder of this NFT receives the matching grail in our PFP collection as well as a physical edition of the artwork. It was important to us to not only promote our brand but to provide collectors a genuine part of our IP. I also have to credit the founders of Manifold @ediep @richerd for enabling artists to share their work with the world in a permissionless way while retaining ownership of the contracts and tokens. They play an important part in bringing collectors and digital art together. I feel that Manifold was meant for fine-art and I hope that by bringing our 1/1s on-chain we can contribute to the beauty of web3. Concept

It's almost time for another live stream. Get ready for more exclusive leaks of our art, lore and PFPs!

When you watch the video below you will see exclusive leaks of the Majin companions. They are strategically designed to excite collectors in a similar way as Pudgy Penguins and Pokémon did. Once we release them as PFPs, the entire collection will be in strong demand across a broad audience, because the "cute factor" is an incredibly powerful marketing lever. You can see in the video that we specifically position our IP to cater to the biggest audience possible. That is exactly what made Pudgy Penguins so successful. But our approach is a bit closer to Pokémon, where we offer not only one shape or creature, but multiple different characters which have the potential of becoming as iconic as Pikachu or Charizard. If you look at the concept of our "Mushroom Dog" in the video below, or the companion of the "Goth Girl", you'll get the idea and understand that these characters are made to go viral and designed as very attractive digital collectibles. We have professional character designers and artists from legendary Japanese anime and video game IPs work on the Majin companions. We apply their experience and follow principles which already led to many world renowned characters. An incredible amount of precision go into our approach, and we pay close attention to not only develop new characters but to engineer iconic designs and traits for the entire collection. This is how I plan for Majin to go way beyond web3 and create serious hype and revenue in the traditional entertainment industry.

It has been very interesting to me to study the creative process of @cloncast, who is the artist behind @coolcats. Especially the exploration of different character concepts and the pursuit of simplicity, before eventually developing the iconic blue cat that launched such a popular and fun IP.
