⚠️ TAO holders, please pay attention to this. There are reports of an active wallet-draining attack affecting Bittensor users, with at least 6+ victims so far. The stolen TAO is being moved through separate wallets before ending up at a common collector address: 5CvWGgcdQo…rnxiP6XSDT Around 92 TAO (~$25k) was reportedly sitting there at the time of the alert. The worrying part is that the transactions look coordinated. Each victim’s funds go through a temporary wallet, get consolidated, then move toward other addresses. But the actual attack vector is still unknown. There’s no confirmed evidence yet whether this involves a compromised wallet app, shared seed-generation tools, malicious scripts or phishing. If you hold or mine TAO, take a moment to check your setup. If you suspect your wallet may be exposed, move remaining funds to a fresh wallet created securely on a clean device, ideally using a hardware wallet. Don’t reuse a seed that may have been compromised, and never enter your recovery phrase into a website or send it to anyone claiming they can recover your funds. I didn’t win the @404gen_ competition, but I liked the whole vibe way too much to just leave the assets there so I took some of the 404 Atlas assets and built something around where I’m from. PH Lifestyle. a browser game inspired by Port Harcourt where you can move around, meet other players, catch buses, gist, spend your in-game money and basically experience a very unserious version of PH life 😂 the idea was simple: if Lagos can have its own internet worlds, why can’t Port Harcourt? still very early, still buggy, but people are already playing and sending me things I need to add. didn’t win the competition. still ended up building something from it sometimes that’s the better prize tbh.
