In this free article, I link the $FCEL counterparty of the 380 MW supply agreement, Fit Energy, a subsidiary of Fit Ventures, to key critical data center players. Fit Ventures portcos Hypertec / 5C Data Centers bring a committed, permitted pipeline that links to this supply agreement. 5C Data Centers has a 2 GW data center roadmap, across 5 named locations. 4 of these locations are fully committed and one with selective capacity available. 4 of these 5 locations have expansion plans underway with timelines between 2027 & 2028. The full report is below.

Highlights from this $FCEL call this morning that I believe are not fully understood: - $FCEL explicitly stated that they expect to convert pipeline into firm, binding orders before the fiscal year end, which is October 31st. That's max 5 months from now. - $FCEL stated they're engaged with Hyperscalers (Likely why average proposal size doubled to 130 MW) - $FCEL stated they're engaged with data center developers with large presences in Europe and Asia. They also cited substantial progress with Inuverse MOU (150 MW) in South Korea. - $FCEL re-affirmed EBITDA profitability at 100 MW run-rate and incremental capacity coming online to the final 500 MW over the next 24 months - $FCEL cited margin targets of ~20% on product revenue when not the EPC (My expectation) and >20% margins on service revenue, which is 15-20 year long term agreements that is more revenue than the product revenue. - We also know T5 is in the permitting phase for their Fairfax County data center site (60 MW), which should convert to an order after approval - Pipeline is 90% data centers and has grown from 1.5 GW in Q1 to 4.0 GW in Q2.

Last night, I attended @ousterlidar ‘s rev8 tech talk, their first notable public appearance since their $OUST SPAC IPO. Here are some things I learned: 1. Expect them to be more vocal about partnerships and new client wins, NDA/stealth mode is over. I suspect there also has been a change in the legal terms surrounding this disclosure with the rev8 iteration 2. Ouster has been learning a lot about working with the department of war to secure military contracts, since their BlueUAS approval. They have ongoing talks with Army, Navy, Airforce, etc, the sales team has been busy traveling, and obtaining security clearance and speaking the language is important. 3. Im incredibly bullish on their drone partnerships- I expect a proliferation of drones not just for surveillance, but increasingly for counterUAS (Argus) and increasingly in drone vs drone warfare. Recall that there are ethical complications for targeting people, but drone vs drone warfare is already here. $OUST is working with Anduril, Rheinmetall, and every country is already looking to see how they can deploy a combination of drones and humanoids to decrease human operators. The LTV of supporting a US marine is well in excess of $1M. Forget exoskeletons, save money and heartbreak with robots. 4. The developer community is growing and they have a nice GitHub resource center- they are willing to work with startups for full turn key solutions, and also agree to let the companies own the data, which is super important in some fields where there are privacy concerns. In other places, their entire SDK is open source and we should expect more communal data and premade onboarding tools to reduce the friction to “hello world”. 5. I continue to see their biggest bottleneck as the lack of qualified lidar engineer operators at the client level to handle larger Fortune 500 company deployments. This will ease over time as the sector and technology grows. The reason why ITS has been so successful is that there is an embedded group of nerds and engineers who work on behalf of the DoTs and can onboard and retrofit legacy camera solutions. This is massively profitable and I love the SaaS/r&m/long term sticky contracts with good margins. 6. Right now for retail/security usage, their customers are still learning about the technology and it’s about getting in front of the right people with the right narrative and vision, vs geeking out on hardware. Here I think rev8 makes the biggest difference, as native color is an emotional and foundational light switch in front of an investment committee. It’s easy for ppl to now see the vision of what Ouster can do. 7. A lot of speculation about insider sales, most notably from Mark Frichtl the CTO. He was absent at the event, which I found notable, but I maintain that the preplanned sales we now see from recent 144 filings from him, Cyrille and others represents a 2025 year where many long time insiders finally broke even and achieve some type of meaningful liquidity event. SF is not a cheap place to live! 8. The event was 1/3 ouster employees, some developers and prospects (I spoke to someone from $TMUS ) who has been talking to Ouster. Unfortunately I was probably one of 3-4 investors, so for what it’s worth the company is still in stealth mode from a capital markets visibility standpoint. Probably better that they don’t know how excited and bullish the retail community is on their story. 9. $HSAI and the Chinese competitors will remain in auto, where the multinationals have to play nice with China. Increasingly outside of auto, there is a bigger geopolitical push for secure supply chains and made in America. Compared to last year when more customers were in startup mode, I think as they achieve scale and think about volume $OUST is a no brainer. There is a reason why we haven’t seen $MVIS, $AEVA, or $INVZ will real sales volumes- you can’t trick people into buying an inferior lidar product! 10. Physical AI is here to stay. I’m LONG

$OUST is my biggest position. I haven't sold a single share. At a $2.1B market cap, this company is the data acquisition layer for physical AI. Not a speculative SPAC relic. A production infrastructure business. 13 consecutive quarters of product revenue growth. $49M in Q1 FY2026, up 49% year over year. 12,600+ sensors shipped in a single quarter across robotics, industrial automation, and smart infrastructure. The technology is called digital LiDAR. It fires thousands of laser pulses per second, building real-time 3D maps of physical environments at centimetre-level precision. Every autonomous system operating in the physical world needs this layer before it can reason or act. Rev8 is the world's first native colour LiDAR. A single sensor that outputs fused colour and depth data simultaneously - no separate camera, no calibration overhead, no software fusion latency. Ouster built it in partnership with Fujifilm using semiconductor-grade colour filters. The same materials used in CMOS manufacturing. This isn't consumer camera technology. In May 2026, Rev8 was qualified on NVIDIA's DRIVE Hyperion platform for Level 4 autonomous vehicles. It was already qualified on NVIDIA Jetson for robotics and edge AI. Any team building autonomy on NVIDIA silicon can now integrate Ouster's sensing stack without custom development work. The sales cycle just got materially shorter. NASA Marshall then selected the system for the Astrolab FLIP rover - launching late 2026 to the lunar south pole for navigation, obstacle detection, and hazard avoidance. The Moon is the harshest sensor environment that exists. Section 6009 of the BUILD America 250 Act prohibits federal procurement of LiDAR from covered foreign entities - directly targeting Hesai and Robosense, the two dominant Chinese manufacturers in the US market. The Act hasn't taken effect yet. When it does, those purchase orders need somewhere to go. I've spent the last week mapping the entire Physical AI Stack - every layer from the semiconductor foundation to the industrial applications driving real ROI. $OUST sits at Layer 2. The full institutional breakdown is below. $OUST $ARBE $AMBA $CEVA $NVDA

$OUST I think this is the inflection point and could be the start of an absolutely crazy run. I don't feel like people on X even remotely understand how freaking massive the TAM of @ousterlidar really is. One of the biggest supercycles within the broader AI supercycle that's hitting an inflection point in 2026 is "Physical AI". While Physical AI does sound like a buzzword, you can simply think of it as everything that moves or does work in the physical world will soon be controlled by AI. The reason for that is quite obvious: AI will be faster, cheaper, more precise, available 24/7, and basically just be superhuman or "post-human" level good at everything. First, it will of course go for the most economic opportunities like self-driving cars, autonomous trucking ( $AUR ), drones, delivery robots, etc. But in the long run, as AI gets 100x smarter and 1,000x cheaper, it will start making sense to put it to good use across absolutely all machines and every single use case. This is the long-term outcome that is super obvious to me. As the world gets smarter and more autonomous, Ouster is turning out to be arguably one of the best-positioned picks & shovels plays that investors love. With over 1,000 customers across multiple sectors, emerging product innovation leadership, and the advantage to scale aggressively into US defense use cases, this company is clearly just getting started. I do think there will be opportunities to trade the stock, but most likely that will lead to many people later kicking themselves for selling waaaaaaaaay too early. Most simply don't get how big this can get and will probably be super happy with a double, but miss the 3x, 5x, and 10x. Earnings today. Let's see if Angus finally starts channeling his inner marketer at least a little bit. I love that he often underpromises and overdelivers, but I really hope he will use aggressive, high-conviction language to make it clear how quickly this opportunity is growing right now. $AUR is just one example of how autonomy is taking off right now. In 2026, it's getting useful. 2027 will get very crazy. The world will look a lot like a science fiction movie. I have very high conviction that's where we're going.

What is the smallest object that, if it stopped being made tomorrow, would freeze the entire AI industry by Friday? Not a chip. Not a GPU. Not a model. A polished piece of indium phosphide the size of a coaster, grown in a furnace over two weeks, made by exactly two companies in the world that are not Chinese. I learned that around 4 a.m. one night about two years ago. I have not really stopped thinking about it since. To understand why a coaster of crystal can hold up a trillion-dollar industry, you first have to understand that almost nothing about modern computing is normal. A leading-edge AI chip travels through roughly a thousand process steps over three to four months. The cleanroom it lives in is thousands of times cleaner than a hospital operating room. The fab itself draws as much electricity as a small city. The single lithography machine that draws the circuits has five thousand suppliers of its own, spread across six countries, and not a single nation on Earth could build one alone. By the time a finished chip pops out the other end, more humans have had a hand in its production than live in most American towns. Most of them will never meet. From the highway, a TSMC fab looks like a beige warehouse with a parking lot. Inside, it is the closest thing humans have ever built to alien technology. I find that genuinely moving. And I find it terrifying. Because a miracle that complicated has a lot of single points of failure, and almost nobody in mainstream coverage is mapping them. Two years of pulling on this thread keeps bringing me back to the same conclusion. The 2026 to 2030 AI buildout is gated by four physical constraints, and almost nothing else. 1. Indium phosphide wafers. Two credible non-Chinese suppliers in the world. 2. Advanced packaging. Four companies on Earth that matter. 3. Power. Industrial gas turbines sold out into 2030. Three vendors at scale. 4. Critical minerals. China's pause on gallium, germanium, and antimony export controls expires November 27, 2026. By the time a chokepoint is on the front page, the move is largely over. The prize goes to whoever was patient enough to map the chain when it was boring. So I built a dashboard A free public dashboard. The chokepoints, the names that own them, the live prices, the catalysts, and the written thesis all on one screen. No login. No newsletter. Not a portfolio. Not a recommendation. A prism. I wanted it free because the people I would have wanted to read this when I was younger could not have afforded a Bloomberg terminal. Students. Engineers. Journalists trying to understand what they are writing about. Retail investors tired of being sold someone else's conviction. Curious teenagers in countries where the local financial press is twenty years behind the actual frontier. The chain deserves to be walked. That is the whole invitation. links below 👇 Educational, not investment advice.

I need to summarize what happened with $SKI in the last few days: - @Jessepollak used @Ski_CTO based @X competition as an example of why #Base memes are so great, then he bought 0.4ETH of $SKI, on that jesse.xyz wallet, he only holds $ski and $degen and some airdropped coins. - @Camila_Cabello changes her pfp to a $ski mask dog in preparation for her new song launch promo, indicating she's about to make $Ski mask dog super mainstream. - @Ski_CTO successfully gets verified on @CoinbaseWallet allowing the users to directly trade on the app - @Ski_CTO gets a gold checkmark for the @X account That's why we pumped so hard and we're just getting started
