I have been working on a new project github.com/crramirez/casciia… . It allows you to create native #Java TUI applications that run on every terminal and via SSH. It is based on gitlab.com/AutumnMeowMeow/je…. And you can generate a Linux tool with no funny dependencies starting 20mb

PowerToys worthy? Dev Storage Manager - currently a prototype. What is taking space, make a dev drive in 2 clicks, benchmark builds, move caches, ...
Would love thoughts.
Stressing POC, UX is still a mess but scans my computer in ~4 seconds with over 1.4 million files
I bought a Framework because Microsoft dropped support for so many CPUs with Windows 11. I paid extra so I could upgrade the mainboard later. On the hardware side, they’ve delivered.
What killed it is the official account turning into a “dump Windows” feed, plus the support and parts issues. If they lower or drop Windows support, I’m back to square one — I stay on Windows.

playing around with Windows UI Composition as some of my buddies are creating amazing things. In typical fashion, using desktop grass as my test bed. early proof of concept - across 3 4k monitors, ~30mb, 0 cpu showing in task manager. Seamless season changing too #calm

Nos obsesionamos con la GPU y la CPU y nos olvidamos del monitor.

WSL containers now GA 🎉
@craigaloewen lets us know how to build, push, pull, and interact with Linux containers directly on Windows, with enterprise management through Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Run wsl --update to try it: blogs.windows.com/windowsdev…

I see you. I know you create a folder called Old Desktop and put all your stuff into it every year, and now you have a tree of them going all the way down...

It's almost hard to believe the day has finally come.
I ordered #ChainedEchoes over THREE YEARS AGO from @FirstPressGames.
Despite their yearly promises of "it's still coming!" the scam became obvious.
A few MONTHS ago a legit company, @SuperRareGames, stepped in &..it's HERE!
