Most service businesses don’t lose money in one big leak. They lose it in the gaps between tools. Client conversations sit in WhatsApp. Invoices sit in Gmail. Files are in Drive, the tracker is in a spreadsheet called v3_final_FINAL.xlsx, and the meeting notes are… somewhere. Every switch between tools costs time. Every missed message or late invoice costs money. In this live webinar, The Back Office Is Bleeding, we’ll help you: → Find exactly where your business is losing time and money → Decide what to fix first → Leave with a 7-day reset plan you can start straight away It’s built for founders, agencies and service teams. Bring one active client or project, and we’ll work through it together, live. 🗓 Saturday, 31 October 2026 🕚 11:00 AM GMT · Online 🔗 Register at strideos.cloud/events We built Stride to close those gaps by putting projects, clients, documents, invoices and team chat in one workspace. This session is about the thinking behind it, and you can use it whatever tools you’re on today.

Your job title might be the least interesting thing about you. We’ve become very good at introducing ourselves with labels. Founder. Designer. Writer. Marketer. Consultant. Engineer. Useful shorthand. Terrible descriptions of human beings. Because your real value rarely fits neatly into the box on your LinkedIn profile. Maybe you’re the person who connects people who should know each other. Maybe you can turn a half-baked thought into something people can actually build. Maybe you know how to make strangers feel welcome. Maybe you’re ridiculously good at spotting what everyone else missed. Maybe you can teach. Cook. Listen. Organise. Tell stories. Make people laugh. Solve problems. Create energy in a room. None of those may appear on your CV. They still have value. That’s the idea behind Creative Chaos: The Exchange. On October 10, we’re experimenting with a different kind of room. No obsessing over titles. No measuring people by follower counts. No pretending that money is the only thing worth exchanging. Instead, you arrive with what you have: Skills. Ideas. Creativity. Time. Energy. Perspective. Connections. Solutions. And you discover what those things become when they collide with what someone else has. You might walk in thinking you have nothing to offer. I suspect that’s exactly the kind of person who should come. Because perhaps the question isn’t: “What do you do?” Perhaps we’ve been asking the wrong question. What can you offer? 📍 Jambo Spaces, Tse-Addo, Accra 📅 October 10 ⏰ Doors open 11AM Come curious. Come useful. Come without the elevator pitch. Who are you without your job title?
