The answer is none of them. The accounting team has sox or mar controls (im sure you know the difference, right?). The internal audit team audits those controls. The external auditors audits all those controls and the financials. But you dont seem to understand that, if the accounting team committed some sort of fraud... the internal audits and external audits would catch them. Thats the point of audits. Do you know why the financials arent reported for a .onth after the quarter ends? Theyre out being certified by the external auditors and getting signed off on. So, again... what fucking fraud do you think is going on with sony's financials that is being ignored by an independent external auditor with a reputation and way more important clients than a viseo game manufacturer? You keep repeating shit about fraud, with no clue about how much review financials go through before theyre finalized and released for public traded companies.
