night city was on edge, sirens loud and hellicopters rushing in all the directions.
a beast, unlike any spotted before, loose and about, shifting in and out of sight.
ordered to - 𝙆𝙄𝙇𝙇 𝙊𝙉 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙎𝙋𝙊𝙏.
a gush of wind, cold, strong, met his skin when he entered the beast's chamber, for Xena had already rammed herself through the thick walls, leaving an empty room and an enormous hole in the concrete.
she's off to find him.
the beast is impatient,
only so long can she wait.
her tail swooshes, back and
forth, back and forth, until she
can no longer contain herself.
a spring, and she paces in circles
again, maybe something happened
to him? maybe he's. . hurt ?
a growl emits.
soft whimpering,
pacing back and forth,
in circles atop the cemented
floor—
in the dark.
