Derby Day ! Away to @AFCLlanyrafon after back to back draws looking to get the promotion charge back on track 馃數鈿笍馃數鈿笍馃數
After 3 successive defeats we welcome spencer boys club to the dyke today, a good performance much needed.
Yesterday's result:
2 from 2 in 2026, not a lot of football on show at times but a solid performance secures the 3 points.
Yesterdays Result.
Great performace from the lads sees us secure 3 points.
Goals from
Mo
Tom Pearce
Jonah
Harry
And a special Mention to Scott with a pair of assists.
Football is back, the Seniors have a trip down to Pill to Face The Eagles, a last minute winner separated the sides last time out.
Saturdays Result:
With a depleted squad we knock Glascoed out of the cup, a soft penalty gave them a lifeline with 10 to go but we get the job done in extra time.
A decent game only marred by ill discipline in Extra time.
Back to winning ways, after a barren run in the league we secure 3 points with a 3 nil win away to Bedwas, a really good performance from the group.
A good day overall as @NeilJones888 & Tyler become the 1st father and son to feature for the club in a competitive game. 馃挋
We lose 5-3, completely outplayed first half.
A mich better 2nd half sees us stage a late comeback but ultimately too little too late.
Today Villa Dino Ressies visit The Dyke, the visitors have been off to a flying start so a test for the lads.
Also a huge congrats to Jamie & Lucy who welcome a daughter into the world yesterday, just a few weeks after Matt & Toni welcome a son.
Congrats to both couples 馃挋
After falling behind to a really good goal we equalise with a screamer from Mo, before coming out and dominating the 2nd half.
4-1.
Into the next round 馃憣
Match Day.馃數鈿笍馃數鈿笍
Back in action in the cup this week as we welcome Spencer's to the Dyke, a close affair in the league game so promises a good game.
No Game Today for the seniors, opposition unable to raise a team.
After last weeks convincing cup win its a much needed three points, but not earnt.
Today we travel down to Severn Tunnel in the intermediate cup.
Nice to play new opposition with a 1st meeting of the sides.
