Far-out @PaulineHansonOz You have told some lies in your time.... but telling people that P.M.@AlboMP has over "500" personal staff members is "OFF THE FRIGGING CHARTS"! Imagine this pathological liar in charge of "anything"....#HansonIsAFraud #HansonIsDangerous #PutOneNationLast
Uniparty in action: Labor, the Coalition and the Greens just teamed up to block an inquiry into fair staffing. The Prime Minister personally sets staff numbers for everyone, including his critics. Labor: 507 advisers. More than 4 each. Albanese alone: 59. Liberals & Greens: 1.5 each. One Nation: only 0.8 We have an independent board that sets wages for politicians, why not the same for how many staff they get? The major parties stop fighting each other the moment someone challenges the cartel. Thanks to Senators Pocock, Babet and Payman for standing against it and supporting our inquiry.

Full of shit Sarah. Have to retweet because the stupid one doesn’t allow replies. Where are they taking the country back from? A question that is never answered.
Under @AngusTaylorMP’s leadership, the Liberals and Nationals are determined to fix Labor’s mass migration crisis. That’s why we are putting Australians first with the biggest immigration cut in our nation’s history. ➑️ Read our plan liberal.org.au/our-plan/migr…

Businesses should never have started charging customers a surcharge for using a card. It should have been built into their business cost.

Thanks to @TheKouk Australia delivers another AAA budget outcome - it's the envy of the world. The final budget outcome for FY2025-26 was a deficit of just $22 billion or 0.8% of GDP. This is $20 billion below the forecast deficits in the 2022 and 2025 PEFOs & $6 billion lower than assumed in May. The lower deficit personal tax plus a bit from super funds plus there was an underspend of $1.9 billion. Not many countries can boast 4 years where the budget, in sum, has been in surplus or where net govt debt is under 20% of GDP. Australia can and that is good news. youtube.com/watch?v=69KBUM…

No matter what happens this weekend, win, draw, loss by any team….just remember it’s the fault of the Geelong Football Club. They are living rent free in the heads of all opposition supporters and they cannot be evicted.

ALP Govt This is the record in chronological order: 2022 Labor won Government and got straight to work. Made a submission to lift the minimum wage - 5.2% increase in June. Held the Jobs and Skills Summit. Made medicines cheaper with PBS cut from $42.50 to $30. Passed the first Aged Care reforms with 24/7 nurses. 2023 Abolished the Cashless Debit Card - which would be reintroduced under One Nation. Boosted Rent Assistance by 15%. Delivered the first Budget surplus in 15 years. Passed Secure Jobs, Better Pay - closing the gender pay gap and banning pay secrecy. Reformed the Safeguard Mechanism - biggest climate action since 2011. 2024 Re-designed Stage 3 tax cuts to give more to those under $150k. Delivered a second surplus in a row - first time since 2007-08. Made childcare cheaper from July. Brought in Right to Disconnect laws. Announced Future Made in Australia for green jobs and manufacturing. Boosted Rent Assistance another 10% - 45% total increase in rental assistance. 2025 $8.5 Billion boost to Medicare. More investment in bulk billing, 400 nursing scholarships, 2,000 more GP training places. Further tax cut for battlers - lowest rate from 16% to 15% next year, then to 14%. Increases to Pensions, JobSeeker, Rent Assistance and FTB in March and September - 5 increases to the minimum wage in total. Won a second term with an increased majority - first PM in 21 years to do it. The list goes on and on. Cheaper medicines, cheaper childcare, pay rises, more for pensioners.

Despite the negatives #Labor should be congratulated on the best financial management thanks to sound policies and Jim Chalmers treasury. Forget Reserve Bank decade old trope that unemployment has to rise to keep interest rates down.

Are we becoming a nation of whingers? As pointed out here below - we live in one of the wealthiest and stable countries in the world - and yet the dissatisfaction abounds.. but is it inherent or is it manufactured? I believe the incessant whining from the self-interested who have something to gain from their pearl clutching - and the influence of right-wing vested interests throughout the media and social media literally push the angertainment, the clickbait, the ragebait and the propaganda to create unease, dissatisfaction, division and the feeling that someone else is taking a piece of your pie. Is it real? I believe the underlying issues of housing and costs of living are real - but the forces pushing a considerable amount of blame onto those who are not responsible - are manufacturing anger and hate and capitalising on it. πŸ‘‡πŸ» From the Frackman Project on Facebook. Give them a follow. β€œTHE GREAT AUSTRALIAN WHINGE What if Australia’s next great pandemic isn’t a virus? It’s fucking whinging. Everywhere you look, someone’s telling us Australia is finished. Millionaires are whinging, billionaires are whinging, certain politicians are whinging. Half the media seems to wake up every morning desperately searching for another reason to tell us the country’s completely fucked. Taxes, housing, energy, wages, regulation, apparently everything’s terrible. Adrian Portelli gets a whopping tax bill and suddenly Australia’s β€œfinished”. Mate, you’re a billionaire getting a tax bill. I reckon you’ll pull through. We live in one of the wealthiest, safest, most stable countries on Earth, and somehow we’ve developed this fucking national pastime of carrying on like we’re living through the collapse of Rome. Is Australia perfect? Of course it fucking isn’t. Housing is too expensive. Cost of living hurts. Governments make stupid decisions. We’ve got plenty of things that need fixing. So let’s fucking fix them. But there’s a massive difference between wanting Australia to be better and spending every waking minute telling Australians their country is completely fucked. Because if you’re wealthy enough to have benefited enormously from this country, its laws, its infrastructure, its workers, its customers and its stability, and your response when you’re asked to contribute back into that system is to declare Australia β€œfinished”, I’ve got some wonderful news. There are planes leaving every day. We’ll even help you find the fucking gate”
