This is a country that moved $14.8 billion in crypto volume in a single year, where regulated on-chain activity grew more than 500% after the ban was lifted, and where the government is now integrating stablecoins into the banking system. The demand is real, the builders are ready, and now they need a place to launch their projects.
Why Bolivia? Because it's the market nobody is paying attention to. The dollar shortage pushed people to use stablecoins for their everyday savings and payments, and yet there are almost no ecosystem projects building here. That's where the opportunity is.
The hackathon will run on tools built in the region, like @pollar_xyz (our payments SDK) and other ecosystem projects. Real builders creating real products, not just demos.
