Thrilled to share that I’ve been accepted into Delta by Live The Residency — a program that brings together founders shaping the future of art, culture, and technology. As I’m building Art AI Advisor — the first personal AI art consultant. Applications are still open

Hug your engineer
I am done with this shit. It is over. The state of engineering right now is horrible. It has been half a month since I started a new role at a big company. Nobody knows anything here. The specs, code, tests, PRDs, tickets, resolution of those tickets, reports, etc., everything is made by Claude Code. Nobody on my team likes this. They are being forced to ship as much as they can. I have heard multiple times from higher management that pushing code is not a bottleneck, so why are we slow? People are working 12 to 13 hours a day just to press enter. Nobody is reading anything. Humans in corporate are doing nothing on their own. Everyone, literally everyone, from an L1 to an L7 engineer here is doing the same thing. Talk to Claude. There is no sense of victory. Nobody is resolving bugs. In reality, nobody is thinking anymore. Everything is done by LLMs. It is so soul-sucking. I would not mind it, to be honest, if we were at least given the time to check out the code and see what is going where. But no, the goal is to just ship. No matter what happens.

Introducing Codos: The first virtual Chief AI Officer. AI is crushing all benchmarks but real companies still struggle to see P&L impact. Codos interviews employees, deploys automations across all functions and gets smarter over time while running on your own servers. Our NASDAQ-listed and PE-backed customers are adding millions to their bottom line months ahead of schedule and we are proud of the first results we deliver. It’s time to turn the 500BN AI-transformation market into software and unlock the impact for the real economy.

Today I asked my AI agent how to avoid feeling depressed after coming back from Georgia and ease myself back into work😅. Apparently, I now need emotional support to return from vacation 🇬🇪

Most marketplace reports look precise but compare the wrong products. We built a system that turns messy marketplace data into traceable pricing and assortment decisions. Full article: artsradar.substack.com/p/fro…

My YouTube subscriptions had quietly become another inbox. I followed great channels about AI, products, software, and management — but still kept losing videos in the stream. So I built YouTubeLenta with Codex @OpenAI

One latest video from each selected channel, with a real thumbnail and a direct YouTube link. Refresh manually. Watch a video. Mark it done. It leaves the queue while the channel stays in Favorites.

The project is intentionally small: browser JavaScript, a Node.js server, and public YouTube RSS feeds. No API key required. Full story on Substack artsradar.substack.com/p/i-b…

A workflow is only as good as its weakest required criterion. Strong domain fit should not compensate for weak source trust or poor risk reduction.

Most AI agent setups eventually run into the same problem: the more capable the system becomes, the more context it wants to load. artsradar.substack.com/p/cur…

The fix I built was deliberately boring: a lightweight fuzzy routing process for choosing skills before doing the work.
